The flowers were nice, but they charged extra for a vase, ribbon, candy & bear, which was agreed to, but were not delivered. The bear, candy & ribbon were smaller than in pix provided when delivered. charged 10$ extra for a red vase and delivered a clear one instead and they charge 20$ extra for delivery on Valentines day.. add said one price, and at the end was over charged. I do not recommend this florist.

Backstage Florists DID NOT deliver the flowers I ordered online for Valentines Day, and I placed the order a week in advance! They did not answer the phone when I called to check the status and I was unable to leave a message because their voice mailbox was full. I imagine others experienced a similar problem. Do NOT use Backstage Florists. I wont make this mistake again. TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!

These guys delivered flowers I ordered online and though they didnt actually make one of the arrangements that they delivered, they kindly fixed it. They didnt have to. They apologized for the other florist from Arlington who made a really horrible arrangement that liked nothing like what I ordered.

Ordered at 853am while Sandy florist and others wouldnt answer the phones. Backstage had me taken care of with quick delivery at 10am. I called and personally thanked them. As customer service dwindles in America these florist remain. Follow @deloringexploring on instagram.☺

So efficient and a really beautiful arrangement! We live 6 hours away from this location, but I was still able to order online with ease, and the arrangement was delivered within an hour! So happy with great customer service!

The quality of the roses I got my wife for Valentines day amazed me. Four days later and theyre even more beautiful - Ive never seen a bouquet with so little flaws. Great example of why you should buy local.

Called at 10:45 and this beauty arrived for a very happy wife at 12:40 on the same day. Not too shabby. The person I spoke to was very helpful and the price was just right. Id order again in a heartbeat.

Ordered flowers for Valentines Day got order confirmation online. Nothing was delivered and voice messages were not returned. No one will answer the phone. Horrible!!!! Thanks for ruining the day.
