The owner lied about the delivery attempts to 1-800-flowers and myself. When I asked her about what she told me vs 1-800-flowers. She screamed and cut me off and hung up on me. She also conducted that same manner to 1-800-Flowers as well. I have made note to 1-800-Flowers not to utilize this company. I highly advise anyone not to use their service. This company showed the worst customer service and professionalism I have ever seen.
