First off, when I called to get information, the worker was quite rude and rushed to get me off the phone. I decided not to do business here but another family member picked it since it was near.There was a cross made of roses and I took it off because it looked bad. I also took off the ribbon that was placed because the numbers and name looked rushed, uneven and not very neat. Also, the colored flowers were supposed to be a royal blue, or just blue but they were green/teal. I would think making an order for a memorial service, the florets would try and make the grieving customer a bit at at ease by trying to make things look nice.

The owner was nice and friendly. He sold me the best beautiful pink roses. I will recommend this place for anyone who looking for nice roses.
