Wedding event was almost a disaster - flowers were over an hour late. Photographer was waiting on flowers to start pictures. Bouquets were nice and as ordered, table pieces were almost as ordered - minus the wrapped stems. Cake flowers were a joke and nothing as pictured or discussed, flowers for all attendants and parents were so pitiful we almost didnt wear them. The man who delivered the flowers knew nothing about the order, nothing was labeled and we were very disappointed in the quality of these flowers. We were able to save the cake by using the toss bouquet to fill in the cake and make it look ok - not really what we had in mind. . . I would not feel comfortable recommending them for an important event like a wedding.

I wanted to have flowers delivered to a friend who had lost a loved one. I was very nervous about ordering as I wanted the flowers to be perfect. Kirsten was so warm and friendly and professional she helped me relax right away. When my friend called to thank me she could not say enough about how absolutely beautiful the flower arrangement was (and as an aside my friend is a well-known fashion stylist in Dallas) and how good they made her feel. Thank you Lily Pad and Kirsten, I would highly recommend you to anyone in the McKinney/Dallas area!

So I was suppose to meet with this florist and she was a no show twice. Very unprofessional and disorganized. First time she forgot. Second time we agreed to meet at this day and time and was a no-show. No email back at all and its very upsetting. Will not recommend to anybody having upcoming weddings. Sad that she didnt want the business or the money.

i would not recommend this woman. she was nice over emails but once it came to actually meet up to discuss options she flaked. TWICE. first time it was for a suppose fender bender and the second time there was no explanation. we called twice and she did not answer. save your time and gas and do not schedule a meet with her

The Lily Pad was amazing! Kirsten made sure that she knew exactly what I wanted and the product she delivered was awesome! She even had the flowers delivered to the ceremony site for me to save me time and effort getting over to her shop the day of the wedding. I couldnt recommend her more!
