Used 1-800-flowers which connected us with this sorry business. My boyfriend ordered 2 dozen roses for my birthday on May 7th, he received confirmation they arrived and were SIGNED for by me at 4:15 on May 7th. The flowers NEVER arrived, I wasnt even home at the time! My boyfriend then called/emailed 1-800-flowers, and they sent another confirmation email, the flower STILL never arrived. The flowers FINALLY arrived on May 10th, 3 days AFTER my birthday surprise from my boyfriend. Dishonest company, saying they were signed for AND delivered when they werent. 3 days after arrival all the roses are drooping and browning. So disappointed. So dishonest. We will NEVER use 1-800-flowers again and MOST DEFINITELY WILL NEVER USE ALL SEASONS-ALL REASONS.

Something must have happened in-between last year and this September. I had a great experience with the florist. I ordered flowers over the phone after looking at the website for my sister’s birthday and what she received was beautiful and fresh a lot of flowers for the money. I live in the Austin area, so pictures were texted to me. I finally got to see the flowers that weekend when I drove up to Dallas for an event and they still looked good. I would have paid a lot more money at another local florist whom I normally use. I will call All Season All Reasons again next time I need to send flowers to a friend or family member.

Awful online service! I too placed an order online, the website gave me a confirmation and receipt, and the flowers did not arrive, despite the fact that I order them days in advance. Too bad. You lost a customer.

Really Bad on online ordering.. I do not recommend them at all, they do not pay attention to detail and what you order is not what they deliver. REALLY BAD!!!!
