These people are unprofessional and have proven to me that they cannot handle orders properly. They lost our order and put us in a bind the day of our event. Then, when we checked our credit card statement, we were double charged (charged the day I went in to get them) and also charged from the original order which they had lost (because we gave them our credit card # over the phone). They do not return phone calls and they act as if its our fault that they lost the order. If you want better service, find another florist in Garland.

Outstanding customer service. Ordered, on Monday, a beautiful arrangement to be delivered to my wife for our anniversary, and within 3 hours, she had them. I really appreciate your suggestions and talking me out of getting her what would have been a funeral arrangement...What can I say...men and flowers. SHE LOVED THE FLOWERS YOU SUGGESTED! Guy that answered the phone was very nice and polite. He needed to refer to his manager for help. She got on the phone and was very condescending and chose to speak over me instead of listen to an ask. $150 order lost for them and I saved the hassle of dealing with a business that certainly doesnt seem to care how they treat potential customers.

Ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines day. They never showed up to deliver them. They didnt call/email/text that they were going to miss the delivery. They sure did charge my credit card though. Wont be ordering from them ever again. Way to make a guy look like he didnt order flowers for his wife on Valentines Day.

They did a great job! I ordered the "deal of the day" bouquet online for a sick co-worker, and they delivered the flowers the same day! I never saw them, but she said they were beautiful. Fast, easy, and a decent price. I would definitely use them again!
