UPDATE: I received an e-mail (not the quote) from Darby, the owner, tonight. In the e-mail, she basically called me a liar, and told me that she felt as though my visit was a "set up." I moved on from the experience, but according to her e-mail, she has been stewing over my review for two weeks and chose not to respond to me until tonight...two weeks later, after business hours, only to call me a liar. I was irritated before, but based on the content of her e-mail, I am now INFURIATED and have even fewer "nice" things to say about this establishment. PLEASE consider taking your business elsewhere. I went in for a consultation for my wedding ceremony flowers (boquet, etc.) Darby was really nice, but I told her that I didnt like a specific flower, and she really tried to push me into getting that type. I didnt feel very good about it when I left, but wanted to give it a fair chance, so I found a picture online of what she drew and it was HORRIBLE! Absolutely not what I wanted. I was told that she would e-mail me a quote by the next day. I didnt get it...so I went into the shop several days later to ask about it. The woman there, Marueen, was incredibly condescending and spoke down to me as though Im a child. When she started in with "This is how the flower business works..." I wanted to walk out (and honestly, I should have). She took my information and called Darby about the quote. Maureen called me back about an hour later with same condescending attitude. After a ten minute lecture on what meet the teacher night is, what a PDF is (I worked in IT...), how to check my spam, etc., she finally told me that Darby sent it to me the day that she said she would (I never got it...I checked my inbox and my spam...which Maureen was convinced that I hadnt done). I was told that I would get the quote by late last night, and still have not received it. Ultimately, I ended up checking out two other local flower shops. Neither of those shops pushed me into anything that I didnt like, both wrote me a quote while I was standing there (I dont know why Darby couldnt...). Both women were excited, listened to what I want and what I didnt want, and made suggestions based on that. I ended up going with one of those other stores. Im diappointed in my experience with Darbys flowers. I dont feel as though she really listened to me, and kept my budget in mind. I didnt appreciate the way that Maureen approached my concerns, and I definitely dont appreciate being treated like Im stupid. Maybe theyre good for small, everyday arrangements, but I wouldnt trust them with something like a wedding or funeral.

I placed an order for my Anniversary a day before. they told me a specific time of delivery that was an hour late, she had left work already. the delivery person dropped the flowers off anyway they sat over the weekend and looked terrible by Monday. I called left a voice message. they said the would call me back twice after they look in to it. two weeks later Im still waiting on the call. very unorganized lying staff. As a business owner my self, I would not recommend them.

-Professional Staff -Had specific request for my arrangement & were not only accommodating but exceeded my expectations. -Did not charge any hidden fees like a lot of floral shops do. -Had to pick up arrangement immediately after they opened..my arrangement was ready, beautiful, and surpassed expectations. -Overall wonderful experience & now my go-to flower shop. Would highly recommend.

We ordered some flowers 3 days in advance for a funeral and the order got "misplaced" and the flowers were never sent. Ive never had that happen and its pretty important for a funeral. Dont use them!

This place was great. I called the day before Valentines day and requested a specific type of flower and they didnt have any problem delivering. Customer service was awsome too!

The service is great. They get your order done and out the door promptly. And the arrangements are always beautiful!
