I called today very upset with my order. Although someone came and switched out pink carnations with a few yellow roses, I just want to say what a horrible experience. I called you while on a business trip and specifically asked for white, cream and pale yellow floral. I get there today to set up to find that you send me pink, peach and green flowers. WHERE was I unclear? WHY wasnt I called in advance with a notice. I run a very successful planning business based in Dallas. I KNOW plenty of successful floral companies that I could have called up for white floral. I ONLY ordered them from you because you are local and I was given a referral. Little did I know that you would treat me like a colorblind fool. I am NOT happy. I am not happy that you took it upon yourself to change the selection of my color choice to your own. I am not happy that you didnt inform me that you couldnt service my request. I am not happy that I call today in tears today and you want to argue the variance between a peach and pink tone flower. I am not happy of the quality of the arrangement. I am not happy that you had to rip my spray arrangement from the front of the viewing as people were mourning the loss of my uncle so that you could repair your lack of care to my order. I am not happy that you named my husband as Clarence on the card since I clearly spoke CLINT. I am no idiot. TERRIBLE service in a crucial time.

I bought the arrangement called Sweet as Sugar (or something like that) for my grandmas 81st birthday. I ordered online and chose the highest quality one (premium I believe). The picture did look to show a smaller arrangement meaning it would not be a tall stem vase etc, but more of a square glass short vase. I called to get an eta of delivery the day before due to my grandma deciding she needed to run errands, the employee who answered the phone was so very nice and helpful…really a pleasure to talk to. Grandma LOVES the flowers! They smell amazing and are really beautifully arranged. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is I am a bit iffy on the size of arrangement versus what I paid for. I feel the size is more of the standard arrangement vs the premium which after tax was about $100. No complaints on the quality in the least and customer service is outstanding! I WILL do business with them again no matter size of arrangement.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered flowers through a funeral homes website. The arrangement was delivered from Shamrock Florist in Sunnyvale. The arrangement delivered was nothing like the online description or picture. The arrangement online was purple/white; the flowers delivered were pink, yellow white a little white/purple. I ordered the premium arrangment which was estimate to be about 20 inches tall and 18 inches wide. Delivered product was less that 12 inches tall (including the TALL vase) and 9 inches wide. The arrangement online featured about 12 white roses; delivered was 3 pink roses. So disappointed!!!! Will never order through them again!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have tried to file a complaint with the florist and the online company and both blame the other one for the mistake!

We are very happy with the services supplied by Wild Orchid florist from the moment we stepped inside the shop, the help in selecting arrangements for a family members funeral, and each of the arrangements sent to the service. They were very caring and conscious about cost in a difficult time and very clear on what to expect if and when any substitutions may need to be done. Others that ordered for the funeral through their website were very pleased on how user friendly the website was and were happy with the arrangements sent out to the service. We will continue to use this florist for any occasion needing their services and will continue to recommend them to others.

I have never been let down when it comes to the quailty of work that comes from Shamrock Florist, I am always pleased with them. The customer service there is wonderful and they are always willing to go above and beyond. You can call and get same-day service as well, which is a plus for me. I also love the new store, it is a great place to shop.
