The ladies are always busy, but always friendly to help. I have dealt with florist in four states for the last five years and Windsor florist is the ONLY ONE I WILL USE! Their arrangement are beautiful and they are always will to add to or change something that might be standard to suit the occasion. I dont mind having to wait on occasion, because it is ALWAYS worth the wait and the compliments received from the arrangements are on going! Keep up the BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS LADIES!

This florist is NOT honest. The flowers sent to me were not the arrangement ordered. After complaint, they even said they added to flowers. Coworkers, friends and family have been alerted. They will not correct their mistake or attempt to have good customer service. Perhaps because person that ordered did not live in Mesquite???? You did get caught. Do not use this business.

Amazing florist! Ive ordered several times for funerals, birthdays, just because and have always been very happy. Great designers! Long history in Mesquite. Owner / Operator is very involved and takes great pride in excellent service.

Rude, my BFF and I went to find a bridal bouquet. The lady sat us down to look at books, she went to the back. She never came back to check on us. We waited for 15 to 20 minutes. We just walked out without being helped. We wont return.

$75 dollars for a dozen "premium" roses?? No thank you!! Its not Valentines Day and your roses are no different from Kroger. Trust me I checked. Oh, and that didnt even include delivery fee. Wont be back

Lady was rude on the phone. Wanted to charge 5 dollars per rose and flower! Over priced and lack luster arrangements when you get them. I do not recommend
