GO TO SOME OTHER FLORIST!!!! The crappy flowers alone were reason enough for a single star rating. They advertise one thing and deliver an inferior, substandard bouquet after overcharging you, I hoped the high prices meant good quality but dont be fooled. To add to it they were rude, I even notated that they should not fill the order if they didnt have the flowers to make it look as advertised and they filled the order anyway with crappy cheap flowers---the resulting bouquet looked nothing like what was on their website.

The woman was extremely rude . If I were able to put zero stars I absolutely would. I only got out my name and that I was representing a business and I was immediately turned away as if I was asking for a handout never even was given a chance to state I wanted to place an order . It would have been a pretty decent order and it could have been a regular but oh well hope they do better business with someone else.

Call anyone else! Unbelievably rude on the phone, didnt even place an order. When I questioned what size the boquet would be, the response was a sigh and then the girl hollered to someone in the background whose response was "tell her to go to the grocery store" Unbelievably rude customer service!!! Cant even imagine what the responses would have been if I had a problem later!

The flowers were beautiful but the delivery was awful. The gentleman told me that they tried to deliver by time specified but i was not there when in fact i was there all day.
