AM REALLY UNSET WITH THIS FLORISTS YESTERDAY I HAD A DELIVERY BECAUSE IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY AND I WAS HAPPY BECAUSE IT WAS THE FIRST TIME SOMEONE SEND ME FLOWERS BUT WITH I GOT HOME AND MY SISTER IN LAW SHOWED ME THE PICTURE OF WHAT I WAS REALLY SUPPOSED TO GET IT MADE ME REALLY MAD THEY PAID $149.00 FOR THE ARRANGEMENT BUT WHAT I GOT WAS NOTHING COMPARE TO THE PICTURE. MY SISTER IN LAW HAS BEEN CALLING THEM AND NO ANSWER AND WHEN SHE FINALLY HAD SOMEONE ON THE LINE THEY TOLD HER THAT THEY WOULD BRING ME THE CORRECT ONE TODAY WELL ITS 4:02PM AND NOTHING.

My daughter ordered birthday flowers on July 15 to be delivered in my birthday July 21. Didnt arrive until July 23. Plus not what she ordered. Cheap balloons instead of birthday balloons. She lives in Va and Im in Tx so she placed order well in advance. They didnt want to make it right either. Told her that would give her a $20 coupon on a future order. Do you really think she want to order again? Horrible service and extremely upsetting.

Ive used this company 5 times since Jan 2015 for various occasions (Birthday, Just because [I screwed up], Mothers day). I havent ever had an issue with the quality of the flowers, but I do generally select the Designers Choice. Im happy with them and will keep using them. Same days and scheduled in advance have proven no issues.

I bought roses on Valentines day, and spent over $100, and was disappointed in the quality. The arrangement was nice, but lots of the roses were a little shabby looking. It was probably just because of Valentines day demand, but for over $100, I would expect more.
