I use Sabrinas every time I have occasion to send flowers ~ I know there are other options open to me, but there is a reason I keep going back to them - and I have been using them for many years. Every time I go in there, I rarely know exactly (or even close to) what I need to order, but their employees are always so patient and extremely helpful! They find out how much Id like to spend (always the most important thing right? :o) ) ~ what type of item Im looking to send (flowers, plant, etc) - vase or basket, etc etc and on and on - did I have anything particular in mind already? or would I like to see some samples? You get the idea ... One of my most recent deliveries with them ~ I had absolutely *no idea* what I needed sent, but I explained to them what *kind* of person was on the receiving end, what they liked to do, etc and that Id like something sent that was a little atypical of the everyday plant ... Ive been told the plant name that was sent probably half a dozen times, but to this day I still cant remember :o) But the recipient was *so pleased* and impressed with the presentation, when they went home they showed the entire block, replanted it and its still growing strong :o) Disclaimer: I dont work for them ... I dont know them socially. I am a strong advocate for giving credit where credit is due. Theyve always delivered when they said they would and their work has always been above the rest. I have no problem recommending them.

I stumbled onto Sabrinas Flowers a few months ago. Ive always stayed away from traditional florists due to the expense, but I thought it was worth a try becuase I needed a better solution then grocery store bouquets that began withering within days of purchase. Dominique assisted me that day, helping me put together a beautiful arrangment of a very organic/ green / natural kind....while also explained how to make them last at home w/ a few neat tricks. She also relayed that while their flowers would be as or more expensive then the grocery store..they would last longer becuase of the storage conditions and just general quality of product. True to her word, the hyrangias lasted me almost 2-1/2 weeks before showing any signs of whither. To take it one step further, knowing that I loved willow branches she walked w/ me outside and clipped a few from their own supply, complimentary. You cant get any better then that! I would refer anyone sceptical about expense to give Sabrinas a shot!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. After they messed up my order they chose to blame me. Told me I can just "come back later", " we have hundreds of orders we are going to go have to go through every single order until we find yours", " im going to help all the other customers before I help you". Only some of the comments that incredibly rude woman at the counter decided to say to me after she screwed up my order. I had to call back later to make sure that I wasnt going to be charge for the order they were never able to fulfill when they decided to actually take ownership and recognize that they screwed everything up. I dont get flowers for just any occasion it was a very special occasion which they managed to ruin it. After speaking to many people in the community they have all had similar experiences. Do not use this Sean if you care about actually getting flowers.

I ordered a plant for my wife for our 10th anniversary, it cost me $70.31. I was told that it would be delivered around 12:01pm, at 4:15pm it still had not showed up, I called them and I was told they were busy with funerals and they didnt know what time it would show up, it finally showed up at 4:45pm. When it showed up it was in a pot that cost $5.00 at Wal-Mart and I could have bought a plant for another $5.00 at Wal-Mart. Needless to say I am not impressed with their delivery service or their product, I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemies!

This little shop in Rockwall is so charming and the staff very personable. I called other florists and got an answering service. At Sabrinas they answer the phone and work very closely with you. In this case, it was for a small childs funeral service. We chose two arrangements very carefully and they handled my purchase swiftly. They knew where the service was being held and gave suggestions for my floral choices and delivery times. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop if you want personalized service which is rare these days.

I called today from out of state shortly before closing time and spoke with Carol. I cannot say enough great things about her! She was so helpful! She helped me pick out a nice flower arrangement for my grandma who has suddenly fallen ill and is facing the end of her life. I had a request to have it delivered today and she went out of her way to help me get this to her. Her kindness has made a huge impact in comforting my grandma. Thank you, Carol!

As procrastinators often do, I waited until the the last minute to send out a birthday gift. Scrambling, I decided to order flowers. I called shortly before closing time and they still agreed to delivery flowers for me that same day! Thank you for saving me!!! Great customer service and very kind in general.

Amazing, professional and courteous service! I happened to call in late in the evening from Houston to place an order on voice message. Surprisingly, I was attended by a very courteous young lady! The bouquet of assorted flowers delivered were beautiful and well worth the price!
