Do NOT order from this location! I ordered 2 arrangements; one on Valentines Day and the other on my Mother-in-Laws birthday (the next day). NEITHER were delivered, I did not receive a phone call to let me know they werent being delivered, nor did I receive a return phone call to the voicemails I left about it. However, they did pull the money to pay for them out of my account and seem to be taking their sweet time returning it, now. I had to go to the shop to find out what was going on. I walked in and had to call out multiple times and wait 3 minutes before someone came to the front, and then all he kept telling me was, "I dont know." I will NEVER do business with this location again!!!

Carla went above and beyond my expectations. This small family owned business is a reflection of what Tomball used to be. Although Edible Arrangments is a franchised name, the family that bought into this company and opened the location in Tomball, are an asset to our community. This is definitely a small business I will continue to support.

NO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION Placed an order on line, by 3 p.m. on the day of delivery their rude nasty customer service young lady tells me the owner is never around and has no idea when if or when the delivery will take place.. Corporate customer service tells me they cant do anything because it is a franchise.... BIG WASTE OF MOEY
