I wanted to purchase flowers locally Saturday Morning 7-30-16 to send my wife for our anniversary 8-1. I was out of town and running around with little time to call around. I tried to call this store to order vs 800 flowers and there was no answer. and a computerized "there is no one available at this time" message. I tried several times as there number was stored in my phone at this point so then I left a message to call me back at some point still early then after lunch I realized I still had not received a call so I called again. Still nothing. Then I remembered that I had done this before with them. Well My wife did not get flowers that day. Sorry way to run a business! I had actually told them before that I had tried to call them and went there in person Valentines Day. I recommend against putting yourself thru the pain to try to do business with these folks! I run my business totally different! You were warned! I would have put NO STARS but you have to put at least one to post.

I called the The Flower Cottage on February 1st to have some flowers delivered to my mother-in-law for Valentines Day. Well, Valentines Day came and no flowers were delivered, no call, nothing. I tried to call both their 800 number and their local line and it just kept ringing. There was no answering machine or anything to make me believe this is actually a business. What a disappointment. Call somewhere else to make your flower orders. UPDATE: After I had given up hope the flowers arrived at almost 7pm. That is why I am altering my rating.

My boss put in an order for the "PREMIUM" version of the Love Medley bouquet for his wife for Valentines Day. Selected this florist because they were local and only a few miles from his home. At the end of the day, no delivery yet. We had to place an urgent call to find out what was happening. The flowers finally arrived later that night but we were disappointed to see how TINY that "premium" version was - nothing like the description on their website. Sad experience. Very late delivery / sub par flowers. Not using this florist again.
