I had a GREAT experience with Prairie Petals for my wedding. Everything was so beautiful! We had a main consultation about 9 months before my wedding and we were there for over two hours. We talked about everything and Kim had so many ideas for us, some had nothing to do with flowers she was so full of ideas and just wanted to let us know. We did another meeting a few weeks before the wedding to finalize everything and that also was a long meeting, but again very helpful. Our flowers on our wedding day were so beautiful, I cant even describe it. So many people were telling us how gorgeous they were, one of my bridesmaids even said they were like a work of art! She let us use her mason jars free of charge, thought of a candle idea using a fuel cell and grain that was adorable, and she decorated the church and took it all down for us. Everything was great and everyone was super helpful, I would recommend them to anyone!

I had called about Prairie Petals doing my wedding flowers. First off they didnt seem very nice on the phone. They were very busy at the time and said they couldnt get me into sit down and have a consultation until three weeks from the date. I wanted to do my wedding flowers badly and so I waited. When I showed up three weeks later for my appt. they did not have my name down or even remember speaking with me on the phone. All the lady said was Im sorry she isnt even here so well have her call you and that was it. It has been three days now I have heard nothing. Wouldnt recommend them. It shows poor communication, organization, and professionalism. I was extremely disappointed after being recommended to go here. It makes me question if theyd even have my flowers done for my wedding.

We would not recommend Prairie Petals to anyone getting married. The flowers we got were nice, only we got them at the very last minute because the day of our wedding we found out they completely forgot about our order. They scrambled to put something together at the last minute and my wife didnt get the bouquet she wanted, not to mention the flower girl basket had thorns on it. They did give us a partial refund, which shrank significantly because we were unable to return two vases, one which we lost (hey, a lot going on that day) and one we didnt know they put at the church. In all fairness, they made every effort to correct the error and didnt made excuses about forgetting, but it was just not the experience we wanted on our wedding day.

Ive had them make flower arrangements for the last two Mothers and Valentines days, and every time they have impressed me. Rather than just asking what flower you would like twelve of, they ask for clues about the recipients personality, likes, and dislikes, and then individually craft an arrangement for them. The results are fantastic, and personal, and never fail to elicit a big smile. Not to mention, if you promise to bring the vase back so it can be reused, they wont charge you anything for it, a discount thats both Earth-friendly and clutter-fighting.

Kim and her staff are wonderful and were very diligent to make sure the flowers got delivered to a friend. They went back 3 or 4 times to make sure they would be delivered, due to her being in ICU they were turned away each time. They kept the flowers at the shop and kept trying until they were able to deliver them. Such wonderful customer service. So refreshing to have such great customer care.

I had Prairie Petals do my wedding flowers. I wanted wildflowers and I think they did a beautiful job of creating the look I wanted. They took time to consult with me and tried to get a good idea about what I liked and what would look good with the rest of my wedding plans. They also came to the reception venue to put flowers on the cake, which looked lovely.

We got our wedding boutonnieres and corsages from Prairie Petals and were very pleased with how they turned out. Kim was quite helpful and gave great suggestions! I love that she sent me an email the day before the wedding saying that the flowers were done and ready for pick-up.
