Havent seen flowers yet. Ordered on-line and picked a delivery day that was available. Flowers were not delivered. Called next morning and was told there were not suppose to be anymore orders taken for delivery that day, I told her I had ordered on line. She took my number and said shed check and call me right back. I called back over an hour later and she made the comment again about it couldnt have gone out the day before but was on for delivery today. And she never apologized for the mix up or not calling me back. I know they are busy but when you tell a customer you will let them know something you should call them back. It took less than 2 minutes to let me know.
