New Post (Edited): Floral concepts contacted me within a few hours of leaving a bad review. They called to make it right and I feel much better about the experience. Changing this from a 1-star review to a 4-star review for the exceptional customer service. I would give this company another chance in the future because they obviously care about their product and service. Old Post: I paid $120 for a "Love" bouquet for my girlfriends birthday and she received a disappointing set of flowers. Only 6 roses mixed with cheap filler flowers. The majority of which were still not even blooming. The Vase was not filled out like it was online, especially for $120.00 of flowers. I would expect this from a $50-60 set of flowers, but not $100+. I could have gone out and made this myself for $25.00. I will not buy from this company again. Very disappointing.

Very rude !! I used them last valentines day and gave them my wifes new work address but it was not updated.I asked if she could check again because I was not sure of the address and she stopped me mid sentence and said with a very rude attitude ARE YOU GOING TO PLACE A ORDER OR WHAT !! Next thing I know a was talking to someone else, and when I ask to speak to the manager to my surprise the young man informed me that she was the owner. I have used her service several times,but l guess she didnt care about that,she obviously was having a bad day but no customer deserves to be talked to like that especially when youre spending hundreds of dollars for the service. Needless to say I will never use the service again but she most likely doesnt care about that either. JUST A WARNING, dont ask to many questions.

Sheila at Floral concepts is the best florist in Dallas!!! I was blown away by her work for my wedding 4-18-15. She is down to earth, calming, a perfectionist, and experienced at her craft. I felt she poured her soul into the flowers for our wedding. I was sort of all over the place with what I wanted for my wedding day, and somehow she read me, my mom, they groom (who had little interest), and my sister to discover what our taste was and what we wanted. I will forever be grateful for the beautiful work that she did for my wedding. She is worth every penny, and she came up with clever ways for us to save money and get the most bang for our buck! She is truly an incredible florist!! I recommend her ten times over to any one!

What a disappointment when I received my Valentines Day short stem roses. The roses were beautiful, but the arrangement was extremely bad. It looked as if they just stuck the roses in the center in a truly cheap vase and stuck a little greenery around them. There was no "arrangement" at all. We paid over $100 for this arrangement. When I called them, they wanted to replace it and I declined, asking for my money to be returned. They simply refused and I finally hung up. I would never recommend this florist. This was money thrown away... I expect much more for the amount of money my husband spent on this. We ordered this through ProFlowers, so perhaps I should speak with them.

I live in San Diego and I ordered flowers from Floral Concepts for my mother in Addison TX. She received the flowers and was so excited. The arrangement had her favorite flower and it lasted for over a week. The store was so helpful in getting the specific flowers I requested and arranging the delivery time was so easy with their helpful staff. I will DEFINATELY use them again and would suggest you call them for your flower needs.

AMAZINGLY SPECTACULAR!! This is by far my favorite florist I have ever used! Every flower, every arrangement, every time is beautiful and long lasting. If you go into the store they are always so friendly, helpful, and make sure you get exactly what you are looking for.
