Very disappointing. My sister ordered me an arrangement for my birthday and did it well in advance. I received a call the day it was supposed to be delivered to inform me that they were not going to deliver that day because the driver already left the area and it would be delivered the next day (no apology, just matter-of-factly like they were doing me a favor). I agreed but two day later there were no flowers. I called the place and they tried to convince me that in fact I received the plant. I expressed my frustration and the next morning a very sad looking orchid was left on my porch. It looked like it was rolling around in the trunk of a car for a couple of days. I did receive a call from Flower Center later that morning to confirm that I got my plant. I said I did and described the condition it was in. No apology, no nothing from them. The guy who called just said “Ok” and hung up on me. DO NOT order anything from these guys unless you want your loved ones to experience rude service and poor quality flowers. I agree with other reviewers who wonder how Flower Center stays in business.

Simpson: this so called florist does not even earn 1/3 of a star. Left original arrangement in front of door, no phone call, no nothing. When I arrived home, petals were falling off-when I called the same day to complain and ask why no call, when they had my number, they could not give me an answer. Said they would redeliver and they did that today 3 hours later than they said. Bouquet is completely dead. The owner is the most rude business man I ever spoke to-in fact I use the word "business man" very loosely. They are rude to say the least. It has been the most disappointing experience in my life-I would never recommend this company to anyone nor would I ever call them if they were the last florist on the earth. Do not understand how they can stay in business--the driver even had to add water to them when he got into my place of business-(Im sure the vase must have been bone dry) before he left them in office.

My daughter received flowers from flower center on her birthday from her God mother. The flowers arrived late and they didnt even ring the door bell or try an knock on the door. They left them on the ground in front of the door. I just happened to open my front door and there they were. The flowers were pretty. She received the birthday note. When her God mother asked about the balloons we were surprised to know that there were balloons. She called flower center to asked them what happened to the large air fill balloons? Flower Center informed the customer her God mother " Oh maybe they blew away." I feel that it was rude,uncaring and absolutely unprofessional. In my opinion and in my line of business I would have reissued the balloons that same day. I will never do business with them. And I am sure that her God mother will never do business with them ever again either! Flower! Who!

I had some flowers sent to me through this place.They arrived a day later than they were supposed to get here and when they finally arrived I got home at the end of the day to find them in front of my apartment door. Who does that?? Most places leave them in the leasing office if no one is home. Not only did they leave them on the ground outside of my apartment door, they did not even call me to tell me that they left them there, and my phone number was on the flowers. The arrangement looked like something I couldve gotten from a supermarket and the leaves had holes in them like they had been eaten by some bugs. Then I called and spoke with the owner telling him that they were left outside of my apartment door and had holes in the leaves he was very rude to me and told me "thats ridiculous" as if I were making it all up.... Dont order from this place. I have never seen anything like this before :(

Terrible! Flowers were sent to me and instead of calling my number or leaving with a neighbor the florist left them at my front door...in the Texas heat. Needless to say the roses were wilted terribly. When I called and asked for the delivery manager the owner took the call and said it was his practice to deliver once, and leave at the door. It is a margin of loss to do so rather than to redeliver or go through the effort to be sure the flowers are fresh on delivery. Really? And in what world does this man live? When I send flowers I want them to be a wonderful surprise....not a wilted mess!!!! Owner was very rude and righteous....obviously had never heard of customer service or the client being right! I give this florist a F....total Failure!

My kids order flowers for me for Mother day. The arrangement was delivered to my work. I was called by Security to pick up my flowers at the front desk. When I viewed the miniature rose arrangement numerous roses were brown around the edges. I called the flower shop, spoke with Jim the owner. He stated my kids purchased the cheapest flower arrangement. There would be no credit, no exchange. The only suggestion Jim would make is he would make arrangements to have the bouquet picked up! That way he could sell the arrangement to someone else! I do not know how my kids found this place (the one that placed the order lives out of state) and I do not have the heart to tell them. Do not waste your money!

I received flowers for my birthday from my loving boyfriend and when they arrived to my work they smelled like cigarette smoke! You couldnt smell the flowers at all! When I called to discuss the problem with the company the man on the phone was completely unprofessional and had no customer service! Down right rude and made me cry on my birthday! He stated that he always gets these calls and that in 30 minutes the bad smell would go away. They should not have been delivered smelling like that! Flowers should smell like flowers! Then he said he would do something about it tomorrow, my birthday is TODAY! He had the audacity to tell me that I was being difficult! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!

My sister order flowers for my birthday they called me in the morning to confirm the address, this guy (Jim) called asked me "is it your birthday?" when I replied "yes" he did not say anything. If I owned this business I make sure to congrats people for different occasions when I contacted them for conformations. The spelling on card was terrible even a second grader write better than that. When I post the pic of it on facebook my sister said it is not what she ordered and paid for I mean it was pretty fresh and cute but not as big as the one she showed me on their website and not had the same decorative ribbons. I love that dearly just because came from my sister thats all matter.
