Ordered an outdoor dining table. When it arrived, the delivery company said they wouldnt take it off the truck. Getting it off was my responsibility. Since I had no way to lower the 300lb pallet to the ground, the driver left and I had no table. When I called customer service they told me I should find some friends to help me. I then said that I wanted to cancel the order and they told me that I couldnt and needed to work through UPS Freight to have the order shipped back. Then they would charge a restocking fee. Next time Im ordering from Crate & Barrel, Pier 1, Restoration Hardware or Pottery Barn.
