This was supposed to be tax free weekend?! Not at tanger! You expect an outlet complex to be just that. I shopped for athletic shoes for me and expected better pricing than the first quality or current stock retail locations but that simply isnt the case. In that specific area of athletic things, Tanger is simply a dumping ground for what sizes and styles dont sell elsewhere. Really? $115.00 for last years styles and good luck finding your size, normal foot. As far as joining Tangers customer loyalty thing. Thats $10 bucks wasted thay i will never get back. There is no benefit other than not having to spend the $5 to get the discount coupon book that 1/2 the companies in the place dont offer a discount. It is a extra cash generator that is worthless to the customer. In most of the stores the employees are there for the minimum wage check and could care less that the money you spend pays that check. I had my granddaughter with us for back to school shopping. We got better deals at walmart, target, and the Springfield mall. So we will not go back to Tanger in branson!!!!

This outlet is ok, but it truly has the potential to be so much more. For starters, the parking is awful! Next, if you are lucky enough to find a good parking spot, and you plan to stay for the day, pack some snacks. There are only 2 restaurant choices, 3 if you include the fudge shop! A&W is an option if youre in the mood for hot dogs or cheeseburgers. The other choice is King Subs. Opting for the healthier option, we recently visited the sub shop and ordered a wrap. We were told they were out of wraps until MARCH...it was JANUARY! I understand this may not be considered "peak" season in Branson, but when the mall is full of shoppers, take advantage and keep them there! Once I leave the area to find lunch, I am not returning to fight traffic again! Finally, the stores are decent. We usually shop at Nike, Coach, Under Armour, Justice, and Express. I would LOVE to see a few upper end designers like Kate Spade or Michael Kors. *Do remember to take advantage of the Tanger shopping book full of coupons found at the Shopper Services office!*

My wife and I had a coupon to get a free $10 gift card and we cashed that in with no problem and then decided to use the gift card at The Fudgery. When we went to use the gift card at the fudgery our total came out to be $12.43 and we gave them the gift card and $3 and wanted them to use the full $10 off the card and give us $0.60 back. For some reason the Silly Girls behind the counter could not figure out how to do math and they said they had to use our entire $3 and then use the card to pay the rest instead of just punching $2.43 into the register giving us $0.60 when the register popped open and using the gift card for the other 10 for a total of $12.43. Long story short these girls were unable to perform a simple math problem which kind of scares me because making fudge or following any kind of recipe sort of requires the use of math. Other than that we did not experience the mall that much seemed like a fairly decent place though.

My Sole purpose was to go to the Nike Store and purchase a pair of Nike Monarchs in 4E width. I asked one of the assistants to guide me to where the shoes were, saving me time and he did. He also helped me look for my size, none were showing on the rack, he checked his stock and said he had 11 pair in stock. He went back got the exact size I needed and brought them to me. I went to the check out and purchased the shoes. The shopping experience as fantastic. The parking and exiting was a different story. Might I suggest that security with the power to ticket offenders, randomly cover the lot seeking out people who are too much in a hurry. If someone is back out make it a policy in your lot for other to stop and allow the people pulling out to have the right of way. In their excitement to shop many make it their goal to charge forward without driving courtesy, which almost cost me an accident in your parking lot.

Tanger has gone downhill in the past year it seems. Prices werent outlet prices but instead were what they are in regular stores. Every store I went into except 1-2 only had 1 register open. And while the crowds were normal, people seemed to be more rude than they used to be (sadly I am seeing this all over Branson this trip). I am really regretting spending that money to become a VIP member now. Its not worth it for what you get and the prices dont make it enticing to shop here at all. We went to Kohls and found much better prices on many clothing items. Yeah they have that price match but why go through the pain of multiple places to fight your way back through the crowds just to get it at the place that is marking prices up in the first place? Skip the crowds at Tanger and go straight for the real discounts.

Our experience was good and shops were clean and nice. I have the 2 star rating because the Coach was the only store of several name brands such as Nike, under armor, and kids under armor that had any form of bargains. I live in North Little Rock and the outlet malls here offer the same variety at a much better price. I was very disappointed. I only purchased items from Coach and Bath and Body Works. And I didnt purchase much from either. They were the only two stores with any type of real bargains. I know that this is a very high tourist area but when you budget on the travel, entertainment, and lodging a person would think an outlet mall would be just that. I can get the same prices from my local mall. So I know that my time would be better spent enjoying other sites Branson has to offer.

I was very disappointed. Parking is horrible. Only two places to eat. We got a special $10 gift card from Tanger Outlet that was not honored by all merchants. The ladies working in the customer service area where we went to get information and gift cards were extremely, out of their way rude on two occasions. There is not enough bench seating along the store fronts. Only two stores sold ate discount/outlet discount pricing. This was a planned stop for my daughters and there wasnt that good of selection of stores like most tanger outlets we have been to. We will not stop here again on our next trip. Only gave 1 star because it wouldnt allow me to not mark one. Sad and disappointing experience.

Not enough food options that are reasonably priced ……… $6 hotdogs are too much for me to pay on a limited budget ……… especially if you want me to shop at the other stores!!!! Also, A HUGE NEED OF MORE BENCHES!!!!!! People with disabilities cannot walk forever & not have places to sit down!!! Not ENOUGH BETWEEN THE END POINTS!!!! Paper towels are needed in bathrooms!!!!!!!! There is too much water on the counters & my clothes get wet every time I wash my hands ……… and I havent even leaned on the counter!!!!! THEY ARE A MESS!!!! The remodeled bathrooms are nice ……… you messed up on the the towels & little kids barely reach the sink with help …… therefore, the mess!!!!
