Its a fine place to shop, upscale and such. It is NOT an outlet mall though. Maybe the definition has changed over the years but this place is 90% normal prices where a few of the stores have "clearance" areas where you can find actual good deals. The Nike store has occasional good deals if you can luck into them. I have gotten $100 basketball shoes for $25 twice (I have to visit the store 20 times throughout the year to luck into my size at this price). The Under Armor store is the same. There are once-in-a-while deals you have to luck into. I have gotten $50 hoodies for $15 or less TWICE in the 5+ years I have been going here. The food options are also up and down in price. There are fast food options at fast food prices but anywhere you sit down to eat is going to be $40+ for a 2 person meal with appetizer. It good to have options! The movie theater is nice, upscale and digital with great sound. My favorite theater that is close to local when I can swing $12 per person to take the family to a new movie. A good place to shop but dont EXPECT a deal.

Its a good place to spend a couple of hours (if only to people-watch) but be wary when shopping, some of the stores say they are outlets and others dont. This is of no consequence honestly, because the items in these "Outlets" are marked at the same price-point as their "regular" store counterparts. It seems to placate the customers to show a sticker on the tag with the retail price placed over the "Suggested Retail" price. All is not lost though; to really save, look no further than the clearance areas within these "outlets". They will be picked over but one does tend to find a gem on occasion. That being said, Ive had a good experience at the restaurants I was able to eat at while visiting. Parking, even with the addition of a parking garage, still seems to be somewhat of an issue a lot of the times Ive visited. My overall experience was par to my expectations of an outdoor shopping mall. But an "Outlet" mall, this is not.

From a visitors prospective, I enjoyed my time perusing this outlet. The convenient location allows for many options ranging from going to Target, which is across the street to going to sporting events and then grabbing a bite after. In fact, I stopped by Target before heading over to the outlets. Parking was easy since there are various entrances which led to parking structures or open lots. The outlet is not overwhelming, has the basic staples of most outlets ranging from Coach, Gap, Banana Republic, Jockey, and Cole Hahn just to name a few. There werent many "high end" stores, but I got some good deals at the mainstream stores. For a Friday night in early December, the place is very deserted. The weather wasnt too cold in my opinion, mid 40s. Most of the staff I encountered at various stores were all really nice. Dont forget to pick up a coupon book from guest services for additional savings!

Had ordered a purse online, but the order couldnt be filled. Out of Stock. Call around to 5 different stores the online customer service agents suggested. Almost 3 hours and NO LUCK! Until I call this store in the Legends Shopping Center and spoke with a lovely young lady, Sheyenne assisted by her manager Lindsey. They not only helped me locate this purse, which is a special gift for my new girlfriend. But they gave me the phone number and name of the manager they spoke with in Cabazon, California. I immediately was connected with the manger there where they verified and confirmed this exact purse for me. It was a simple and professional purchase from thousands of miles away. Thank you! Sheyenne and Lindsey for going above and beyond for me! I will be visiting your store soon to buy a Valentine Day gift for me sweety. Robert Dasher of Topeka, KS

I love the Legends because it has so many fun things to do. Theres great shopping, great food, and one of the best AMCs in town. We go at least once a week to eat or shop. There is no better place for kids shoes than the Stride Right outlet. Their shoes are the only ones my daughter doesnt wear out in 2 weeks or less. Stix hibachi is WONDERFUL if you are looking for Asian cuisine. Theres also, Coach and a HUGE Charming Charlies for ladies who love to accessorise. I love the Ann Taylor outlets quality business wear at a great price. Of course, after all the shopping there are perfect treats shoppes. Rocky Mountain Chocolate Co., frozen yogurt, custard, Cold Stone are my faves. All-in-all a fun family destination.

The front row is passible at best.row B is OK, but get a center section seat. All others are just fine. Seats are too narrow for someone built like me and over a third of the U.S. are my size or larger. Also the controls for the recliner seating are on the inside of the arm rest, which means if you are weged in like me your hip will readjust the seat unless you sit very still. Ixve been in the seat for @20 minutes and Im already incomfortable. Also, seats are in pairsn so if you are the odd number in your party you could be sharing with a stranger. The center armrest folds up but not as far back as the seatback when full reclined. The seatscare aserious issue.

This place is OK. I like that all the shops are walkable without crossing any streets after youre parked. Theres a fairly high rate of theft due to the area it draws a crowd from. Keep your car locked and dont bend down to pick up a $20 or otherwise get distracted in the parking lot... Theres been some crime where thats the diversion method. They say "no guns" at the outdoor entrances, but thats not enforceable according to state law. They can ask you to leave though, and they do IF they see a gun. Knowing the area and that there have been multiple shootings at the Walmart across the road, youll have to make your own decision on that.

I went in twice this week. The manager was there both times. They were very busy but the manager did an outstanding job fixing my problem. I had almost given up on AT&T stores until this experience. My last experience was horrible, in Atchison. It took me 20 minutes just to buy a charger for my IPhone. It was horrible, there was not a line, i walked in grabbed a charger and then waited while they printed 6-10 pages from me to sign and agree to before I could pay. ALL IT I WANTED WAS A $20 charging cord. The Legends is 30 minutes away from my work and home. I will drive the extra half hour and fight the crowd and parking.

A great area to shop, eat and be entertained. The shopping is rather typical of an outlet mall until you factor in the neighboring stores such as Nebraska Furniture Mart, Cabelas, Russel Stover, etc. There are numerous eating options beyond the typical such as Fuddruckers, Famous Daves BBQ, Dave & Busters, Yard House, etc. Be entertained in a major way well beyond a movie theater with Sporting Park, NASCAR Speedway, Schlitterbahn Water Park, etc. With above average motels such as Great Wolf Lodge in abundance, this area has become a multi day family stop!
