Ive been there several times and almost every time had a great shopping experience. Levis store employees are great and very helpful. However I had a bad experience with the sales associates in Lane Bryant. They were rude and unhelpful. I asked about specials employee said there was something but wasnt sure what the register would ring up. I asked for help with sizing the employee acted as if I was bothering her. I asked about a loyal customer card because I get emails all the time and didnt have my card with me I thought they could use my phone number to look it up. Employee said in a highly defensive tone that they dont have anything like that. I tried to purchase something I used my debit card and was told that it didnt go through on their end so I did it again and it said approved and was still told it was not going through on their end. I went outside to call the credit card customer service and the transaction did go through I went inside and told the manager and she would not give me what I purchased. I was really upset and asked for the phone number to the store manager and corporate above her. The employee refused to give me the information. She wanted to get another employee involve to prove to me that my transaction did not go through. I told her I was in a hurry and needed to leave that I needed the information to contact the manager but she still wouldnt give it to me. I end up leaving highly upset because my blood pressure was going up. I called the credit card company again and they told me Lane Bryant cancelled the transaction. Not sure why they made it so difficult for me. I will not shop at that store again.

I love this mall Ive been here several times and every time my family and I come here we always find incredible deals. To start I would like to say the first thing you need to do when you get here is to go to the front desk which is located in the food court and get the discounts booklet. You can get it by free with your student ID, this little gem will save you tons of money. Sometimes they also give you extra coupons like 25% extra, specially if you come at the end of the season. You can also print any coupons you find online or use you smart phone to show them to the cashier so make sure your cellphone is fully charged because that also saves you some extra pennies. There are so many stores so if you are looking for a particular item be sure you have enough time to go to at least a few stores before buying something. For example I was looking for some nice tennis and I went to Puma, Nike, Under Armour, sketchers before deciding the best prices and deals were at UA. I got my tennis for about 26dlls and I was so pleased with my purchase. If you are not looking for a particular item then go ahead and visit every store, you will be surprised at the many deals you can find. Go to the clearance section as you get to the stores and them check the rest of the store. The food court is limited but offers good options. Some of my favorite stores are Aldo, Nine West, Old Navy, Elizabeth Arden, Loft. Hope this review helps you. Enjoyed shopping much at this place.

The music in the food court sounds like Im in either a Looney Toons Cartoon, Universal Studios, or a childrens story book (much along the lines of Dr. Seuss). If you want to throw up all of your food, overwhelmed by all of the bright colors, gorging of food, and violent acts performed by wacky characters with corny animation styles produced by this music in your head, the food court in this mall is the place for you! The food also met the criteria described beforehand in a few ways. The only positive thing I can say about this food court is the fact that the driers in the restrooms located inside if it are very powerful! There are also two short stalls so I can urinate without the urine bouncing off of the urinal walls and wetting my shorts. (This occurs frequently as I attempt to direct the end of my excretory system towards a section of the urinal wall which prevent the combination of liquid, xanthine, and other wastes from bouncing off and causing an embarrassing group of shadowy blotches located near the zipper of my denim shorts. If there is anything you can take away from this, it is the following: Do not visit this malls food court. Failing at doing this will cause extreme disappointment and questioning of the musical tastes of the brutish people running this mall.

Went to direct tools to see if They had a tool I needed. They did not. So I go to restroom before leaving. Upon entering the restroom I twist my ankle on what appears to be a piece of marble separating the hall and bathroom. Well you cant tell but its raised up some. So I step down right where the raise is as Im turning and roll my ankle. I felt searing pain and was embarrassed as a lady and child was right there outside the door. I made to the urinal and painfully outside to the bench because I could not put anymore pressure on it. Long story short security comes and takes a report and makes me feel as if I did something wrong. The security officer even went as far playing Dr. Its swollen because I was walking really and its not red. Really my shoe is on. I told her my leg felt numb and my knee hurt and she said its not swollen. Someone from the office came out but I never got a name. The security officers refused to give me there info. They put me in a wheelchair and got me to my car and said have a nice day. Im still in the parking lot because Im hurting so bad. I have never been treated so inhaumane . I will never come back here nor my family. Im beyond furious. ...

This place is a Target for Thieves. There is several cars a week broken into. My car was broken into back in January of this year and then was stolen out of their parking lot this past week. I do not reccomend anyone goes to this place! Their "security" is a joke they are not allowed to stop a theif or touch them they can only confront them and contact the police. They dont have cameras there because then they could be held liable. While talking to the police about my car getting stolen the "security guard" got a phone call about a suspicious person in a car that was on the other side of the parkimg lot. By time he waddled to the other side of the parking lot if it was a car theif they would have been long gone by time he got there. They was this place is set up its a thiefs paradise, and it doesnt help that the security doesnt even patrol the parking lot. Everyone parks outside the mall and has to walk in. I will refuse to shop at this place any longer! And I advise you to stay away too!

The day we went was not very busy and we had 4 children with us. I went into Bass Outlet, shopping for a purse. It was one of the first places I shopped, so I wanted to shop around for the best deal I could get. Mainly because of the floor clerks helpfulness and willingness to answer questions, I returned later in the day to make a purchase there. Old Navy had "deals" that were less than impressive. I can do better in the clearance section of the Old Navy closer to home. We were never met with anything other than graciousness in any of the stores regarding the ruckus that is inherently present with four toddlers. Everything was clean in the mall and in the stores and in the restrooms and we were pleased with service in the food court. An overall positive experience.
