Huge plaza with hardly any stores. They need to step up their business ventures. More than half their lots are vacant. They claim to have the "Cleanest restrooms" but not when I went. They have two stores worth going to. But it is the worst outlet plaza I have been to. Look, it is in Conroe, a fast growing city with very wealthy people, how is there no venture capitalist to fill that place out?

Our stop was for Carters to make an exchange. As outlets go, it is okay but nothing special. The overall center is well maintained, and the bathrooms at the office are consistently nice, but spotty occupancy makes parking and walking from store to store all the way around impractical with the stretches of unused space.

They had a good variety of Brand Stores but the place is huge and if you or your kid need to use the restroom there is one place on the whole property that is designated for public use, and unless you are near the designated restroom ,you have a long walk to get there.

Unfortunately the outlet has gone from great a long time ago to having only a handful of stores. Nike, kitchen collection, PAC sun, lids, sunglasses hut and RUE 21 are about all thats left. The Nike store is a one reason I come because they always have good sales.

I agree with most people that it does need more stores however it has what it has. I looked at the store directory before hand and it had the main things I was looking for and I got everything at a great price, I mean where else are you going to buy Levis for $14?

I had some time to go to Bass Shoes Outlet and when I arrived, the store was closed down. Next door is the Casual Male XL shop with a sign stating store closing. Very few stores left here. I imagine that there must be some plans to repurpose this property.

Not what it used to be as far as selection of stores to shop. Nike Clearance Outlet & Carters are the main reason I continue to make the drive out. There are a few others so if youre ever in the area it wouldnt hurt to stop by.

Sadly there are only a handful of stores here. So unless youre driving by, I wouldnt recommend coming out here. Having said that, I was able to successfully shop during my trip so I was pleased with my visit.

Two words - Ghost Town. Spent a quick drive through, didnt spend much time looking for any stores that might be open when seeing the empty space after empty space. Dont waste time going there.

Love the stores that are still there, but unfortunately two thirds of the storefronts are vacant. Its kinda like shopping in a ghost town haha. On the upside, there is plenty of parking!!!!

I shop the Nike Clearance store. I remember when this place first opened when I was a kid, there were a lot more stores then and I wish it wasnt so empty now.

Other than the Nike store this plaza is completely dead no stores at all. You may just want to use the plaza to walk or run like a track for exercise.

WTF? Out of the 40-50 stores, there was only about 7 functioning. The prices were the same as most regular stores in Chicago. Would not go back.
