Bought a bed but the one I ordered was not the one I received. Not only that that the manager didnt want to hear about it. He said "I dont care if you are comfortable sleeping on the bed you purchased if its the one you ordered". The mattress didnt have a tag on the bed. Only a removable cover was tagged so any foam pad could be in the zippered cover. I know for a fact the bed I was to have delivered didnt collapse when I sat on the edge but the bed I received collapsedes very easily! My recommendation is dont buy here. They are about you! UPDATE: Its now late December, and it has been about a month since Jarons agreed to replace the mattress with a new one. We were contacted by a rep. for Greg Jaron, and working through him we went back to the store and picked out a different mattress. This mattress is exactly like the one we tested in the store, and we are very pleased with the result. There were still some issues with contacting the right people at Jarons, but in the end they came through and we are very satisfied with the result. Our review is now a 4 star, and we would recommend Jarons as a place that did take care of our concern.

My name is Justin, my fiance and I had recently purchased a 3 seat reclining sofa from Jarons. I have to say I am very very pleased with how much respect we were treated with from the staff and especially Valerie! From the moment we walked in everything was pleasant and relaxing absolutely no pressure. This was our second purchase from here. Upon delivery they were ahead of schedule and were in and out in 5 minutes. So I would highly recommend anyone thats looking for furniture to stop by here first! 5 Stars

Ordered a couch 6 years ago and it took 6 months to come. I thought it was a 1 time thing so I ordered a couch and love seat set recently. Our estimated delivery date came and went, 2 months later the couch/love seat came but they brought us a love seat that wasnt even close to the couch. They said the grabbed the wrong one. They came back 3 days later with the wrong love seat again. Once they finally found my love seat it was another month. I would never recommendor buy from them again.

Went in to thw lumberton store. Went to purchase a set from the back in the markdown area . The sets where more money than a regular priced one. Then looked at another model was told it was a floor sample and would have to pay full price. They are not accommodating with delivery times either and where not upfront many any hidden cost. I will never shop there again nor recommend anyone there. Very disappointed considering I went there because my first experience was great.

The customer service I received was beyond expectations. I had a piece of furniture delivered that I didnt have the time to inspect at the delivery time. When I unwrapped it and discovered it was the wrong couch, I called the store in Lumberton and Al went above and beyond to get me the right couch before I moved across country. If not for being on the other side of the USA I would buy more from them!

Unfortunately, after paying almost $4000 a year ago for a reclining couch and loveseat it is next to useless. One of the recliners no longer works and the padding is non-existent. It is the most uncomfortable couch and loveseat Ive ever sat on. My calls have been met with, well look into it and nothing happens. I wanted to like Jarons but Ill take my money elsewhere.

They have a lot to offer in the store and on their website. The staff are knowledgeable and arent over the top. They check up on you and answer questions and then let you continue shopping without following you around if you dont ask them to. Theyre also the only furniture store (that Ive found) that will deliver to your home on base.

After looking at other discount stores and barely getting help or noticed my husband and I decided to come to harons to find a bed. The sales lady was extremely helpful and friendly. We felt more like a customer than just a number! We will be back to the lumberton location!
