My original couch set was ordered at the rt 1 store. It was defective. Be warned raymour and flanigan as a whole does not give refunds nor exchanges once purchased. If defective you can get approved for a reselect BUT you have 2 weeks to do so...they did not say this on the phone when I was advised I can get a reselect. Then you have to make an appointment with a store manager but not on weekends nor nights. I got a 6pm appointment and I was told at the store in the future the appointment has to end by 6pm but they saw I had an appointment. Some of us have jobs during those hours. Then I was told you cannot get a replacement in the fabric of your choice because then it would be custom. The furniture in the warehouse mostly comes in the 1 color on the floor. I can only get custom if my original order was custom. Like what does that have to do with the replacement...I have to pay the difference anyway. The replacement has to be of equal or greater value and is by non sale price as well. I found a couch I like but I have to get a reddish brown leather and I think it will be too masculine for my place so I wanted to get it in vanilla ice color. Nope thats custom. You deliver defective merchandise to my home and now I cant get the one I want?!!! Absolutely Rediculous! When I ordered it was between this couch in custom white or the one I originally got. And the couch is about $1000 more than the couch AND chair I orginally purchased. What the hell happened to customer service and doing right by the customer. I heard other local stores have a 30 day return policy for any reason. Also I was not sure if a certain configuration would fit in my house. They dont do that software in this store. Maybe stores that have a designer but it is limited. So my room dimensions I brought with me were of no use. And even though I had an appointment they told me to just look around and maybe stopped by a half hour later. Just rediculous.

I found the welcome service quite nice but cannot say the same thing for a second visit. Two customer reps. argued instead of helping me. They were helpful to walk you around the store, but they wont give you the options for your budget criteria. You need to search online while wandering in the store for your desired criteria. Double check the price online cause they added a protection plan that I didnt ask for and I had hard time returning it(settled for changing later on). If delivery and assembly of the furniture is done in one time youre lucky. I had to wait the parts that were not in their inventory for a second visit for assembly. The parts were not suitable in the second visit too. I contacted customer service (spent too much time to reach them).Theyll visit after nearly 1 month time from the date of purchase to check whats wrong with the furniture and hopefully fix the parts. Price and selection of the products are fine. imho, the store is best for pick-up your own and do it yourself.

Went to store because we had purchased a mattress and participated in their program (for an additional fee)to be able to return it after 30 days and select a replacement if we are not satisfied. Unfortunately the mattress is not working out so my wife ant I went to the store to begin the process. It was a Wednesday night and there were not many customers. The staff could not have been less helpful. And the manager was rude. They all preferred to talk with each other than help us solve our problem. We were told we need to make an appointment ( go see Customer Care) for a future date and no one can help us despite an empty store. Bottom line, bad customer service and a lack of effort to help solve the problem.

Revised review: we initially had a negative experience as a salesperson here sold my wife a sofa with a loose weave that was inappropriate for cats, even though the salesperson knew we had a cat. They initially refused to do anything about this, but after a few phone calls with corporate, they agreed to an exchange in which we had to incur a restocking fee. We dealt with the store manager (Judy) this time, and I must say, she was exceedingly nice and helpful. She recommended a microfiber sofa and allowed us to apply our credit to items on sale, such that we felt we got good value.

It has been a long time since I had to buy furniture, and I dreaded it. The last time it was like buying a car - up-selling, pressure, sketchy info. And that was at a pretty upscale store! This was just the opposite. Helpful salesman took the time to show me options and explain differences in construction, etc. He made it easy and even offered a bit of a discount. They promised delivery in 3 days, and they delivered. All around excellent experience. Great sofa . . . comfort approved by my dad and cat

I most recently bought my kids furniture from Raymour and Flanigan, I worked with a gentlemen by the name of Will. Will from the beginning to end made my purchase very smooth. Did not pressure me into making a purchase. I did not make my purchase on my first visit. Will gave me a call a few days later to invite me to a private sale they had the following Wednesday. Will not only helped me find exactly what I was looking for he also helped me save a few dollars. Thanks Will. We shall see you soon!

Excellent customer service bought a sofa from raymour located in US 22 and sales person did a perfect job explaining details and worked along with us and didnt rush us for making the deal same day .. the one ordered initially didt get through but raymour didt charge anything etc and we selected another and got delivered today. Overall experience is satisfactory quality, service and price...
