Shout out to Furniture Manor. There is a reason why this single store company is still in business while competing with the other large furniture stores, We bought our first Flexsteel sofa approximately 25 years ago and just recently purchased another Flexsteel sofa along with two Smith Brothers chairs and ottomans last year. I purchased a queen size bed frame on the Dayton Champlin recycle board. Since we did not get the directions how to install and my husband had some questions, he went to many of the larger furniture stores inquiring and no one was able to assist. Today he went to Furniture Manor and because of their longevity and commitment to customer service, Ron and Brian were knowledgeable and able to fully answer his questions, provided him with some spare parts and walked him out to his vehicle. Your customer service is second to none, you are true professionals and knowledgeable in your field and that is why we remain customers and highly recommend your business to new customers. Thank you! I would NEVER buy any thing from furniture manor ever again. We bought a chairn4 1/2 years ago. We were told it wasnt leather and not vinyl. It would wear much better than vinyl. Well, the leather like fabric is crumbling off quickly. Their solution was to offer me a chair at 1/2 price. Well, that price came to about $700. I didnt buy a chair from this so called classy furniture store to spend another 700 4 1/2 years later. I can do better at slumber land. I tell everyone who comes to my house where I got this chair and theyre in disbelief that that was their solution.

They have very pretty furniture but it is very expensive. And very high pressure sales. I was not happy for the fact that I barely got in the door and I had someone tailing me every second I wasnt even able to look at everything they just kept guiding me to what they thought I wanted to see and then they called me afterwards to follow-up didnt like that either

VERY expensive furniture in a small showroom. They do a good job fitting quite a bit into the space though and the sales associates seem to know what they are talking about though. However, it was very hard to tell who the associates were without any uniform or nametag.
