A Fantasy in Flowers floral shop is amazing! Susan and Amy were absolutely fantastic and so incredibly helpful. Our wedding was a destination one, so finding the right floral arrangements from a different city made me a bit nervous. But once I had the consultation, I felt totally at ease and confident the arrangements would be beautiful. Susan and Amy were so sweet and worked with our timeline (wedding was one month out!) and our budget. I was able to email inspirational photos for my wedding of our location, theme, colors, bouquet ideas, etc. and they quickly responded with a proposal, fully detailed with beautiful floral arrangements. On the morning of our wedding, everything was packaged very securely when my brother and his wife picked them up. We were blown away when we saw them. They were absolutely gorgeous and prettier than we ever imagined. They smelled divine too! All of the arrangements brought the last touches of our wedding together so perfectly. I felt extra beautiful carrying such a stunning bouquet. We received so many compliments and of course we happily told them where they came from. All of the arrangements made it home safely with us and lasted a long time after the wedding. We are now drying some pieces out to save, and they are still as beautiful. I cant express how disappointed & shocked I am. From the beginning, the first day I contacted them I told them on the phone and through comments that our wedding starts earlier than the average ceremony. They agreed to take us in. I spent hours talking to Amy on the phone (who is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful). I invested so much time and effort working to adjust the quote with Amy to meet our budget. I was so close to signing the contract and was very excited only to get an email suddenly from Susan telling me they cant accomodate our event anymore. Then why go through literally weeks of planning and communication if you know you cant accommodate us? The most unprofessional vendor Ive death with. I regret trusting you.

I needed a last minute arrangement in JAX. But Im in Gainesville - GA! They took care of everything, sight-unseen and sent a wonderful arrangement and got it there in about 6 hours - and it was HUGE (an absolutely great value for the price). For some reason, the arrangement wilted a little more quickly than it should have, and they replaced it THE VERY NEXT DAY! Susan and Julia are good people, wonderful florists, and they stand behind their work. They have my utmost recommendation. If you need flowers in the JAX/St. Augustine area, give them a call! You wont be disappointed!

I received a beautiful arrangemnent for my birthday two days ago. The flowers are beautiful and I love the arrangement, lots of pretty, interesting greenery. Ive kept it at my office so I can enjoy it all day, and Ive gotten lots of compliemnts on them. I even like the vase! I highly recommend them!
