I live in South Carolina and wanted to order flowers for a terminal loved one in the Cleveland area. Instead of using one of the internet florists, I searched for local florists and selected Mayfield. When I went on their site, I saw lovely arrangements; however, didnt quite see an arrangement that addressed the sentiment I was trying to convey. When I called and explained the situation to the florist, she walked through the site with me and offered to have the florist design a special arrangement within my predetermined budget. I reluctantly agreed. Later that night I received a phone call thanking me along with a photo of the flowers. The flowers selected and overall arrangement were gorgeous! I was told they had never seen flowers like those and that the flowers provided a "fragrant" smell on all three levels of their colonial style home. I cant say enough about the customer service or product I was provided.

Such a GREAT place went in looking for a special arrangement for a birthday (special person) and Nancy was just wonderful , took the time to walk me thru some different things helped set everything up and from what I understand that arrangement was a BIG PLUS (scored big Points). Thank you Nancy and Mayfield Floral , I will be back to you people anytime and will send all my friends to you! UPDATE: July, 20, 2016 I just cant say enough about these wonderful people. I called them at the last minute to get some roses and they pulled it off again! I picked up the arragment just as ordered and on time . They really make this easy! I cant say enough about what great people they are. I will make it a point to go out of my way to tell all my freinds to order from this place if you want the best service and flowers ever get them here , no doubt ! THANK you again Mayfield Floral !

Want the WOW factor? From the moment they answer the telphone you will know that Frank DeNigris and his staff are true professionals. The selection, quality, design and attention to detial of each arrangment are high above what I have ever experienced in the floral industry. I love sending arrangments for all occassions from Mayfield Floral because I know they will deliver. There is always an extra thank you and appreciation from arrangments we send (floral, dishes, blankets, windchimes). They just have that WOW factor. The staff gives professional recommendations and ideas to make your purchase special. My Husband is a fan too so I am a sender and a lucky recipient. I highly recommend Mayfield Floral. Ordered online from NYC. Service was prompt, and hospital patient loved the pot and plant. However, it looked nothing like what we ordered--we ordered a brown wicker basket with a purple-flowered plant with green, because it was different, and we knew the patient would like the color. What we ended up with was a brownish, handsome ceramic pot, with a green plant, and a couple of white flowers with what looked like, but werent, lilies. I did not want white flowers, because the patient has a terminal illness. So, mixed feelings about the change, even though they had legal disclaimers all over the order. However, since the patient was happy, apparently, and that was the goal, I am giving four stars instead of two. (If the store no longer carries the wicker basket option, then the website should be updated!)

I looked on line for a flower shop that could deliver to the Cleveland Institute of Music. I randomly chose Mayfield. The person who answered the phone assured me the flowers could be delivered that same day. She was so very polite and helpful. She said they would try to deliver them to my granddaughters dorm instead of the mail room. My grand daughter was performing with the orchestra that evening. The flowers arrived before she left for the concert and I was so happy because I know the flowers made her happy and surely more confident in her performance. She called the next day to tell me how surprised she was to receive them and they were so fresh and beautiful. I am in Florida and it was wonderful to have such a good experience with a flower shop in Ohio.

I must say I was very disappointed. I sent a dozen roses to my girlfriend for our 1-year anniversary. I stated in the delivery instructions that she worked at Michael Kors in Beachwood Mall on the first level. Apparently, the delivery man went to Legacy Village instead. He then called my girlfriend to ask where her store was essentially ruining the surprise. When she told him he was at the wrong mall he seemed to be frustrated with her. Once he finally arrived at her work he gave the roses to one of the other employees ...not her in what was described as a very cold response. The girl then had to almost hold the roses up because the vase wasnt tall enough and they were falling off to the side. Pretty disappointing for over a $100 purchase.

I live in Kentucky,and wanted to send flowers to my girlfriend who was working in the Cleveland area.The motel where she was staying recommended Mayfield Floral to help me.I spoke with a gentleman named John who was very friendly,He answered all my questions and assisted me in selecting the perfect arrangement,very courteous.I would definitely recommend these fine folks for all of your floral needs in the Cleveland area.Just an update on the service I received.My flowers were delivered within 3 hr.after my order was placed,I consider this to be excellent service.Great job.

I cant thank you enough for the beautiful flowers we had at my sons engagement party. It was exactly what i had ordered and more/ The flowers were beautiful, fresh and in a stunning arrangement. So many people came over to me, admiring the arrangement asking where it was purchased. i was very happy to give out your name and hope they call you. i would also like to comment on the service, which was excellent. Every one i spoke to was courteous and went out of their way to answer any questions. They did what they said...and on time as well. Great job guys!!!!!

I had orderd a dozen yellow roses from Mayfield Floral for a very dear friend of mine to be deliverd to her residence.I did not see the roses personally,however my friend started crying when she opened them.She was thrilled.Mayfield Floral went over and above all my expectations,and will definitely be a repeat customer. As I live in Mentor,this was a phone order.The young lady that helped me with this order was very professional but yet had a sense of humor.She put this order together better than I could of imagined.Thank you.

I live in California and ordered a floral delivery from Mayfield Floral to be delivered to a friend in the hospital in Ohio. I ordered on line on a Sunday night and wanted the delivery to be on Monday. I immediately received confirmation of my order and then when it was delivered another confirmation was emailed to me. Sometimes long distance floral orders can be disappointing, however, my friend sent me a photo of the gift - absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend Mayfield Floral as dependable and above expectations.
