"Second verse, same as the first" - Another great job by Paradise Flower Market on my behalf. The recipient of the flowers raved about the display. Paradise set a high bar for itself with my first order (below) and did not disappoint in any way with my second one. Thank you! 11-2-2016 I cannot say enough about how this florist went above and beyond the call of duty to help me look good at the eleventh hour. Less than two hours before they closed on Saturday, I realized that I had not yet ordered flowers to celebrate my nieces high school graduation. The lady who took my order could not have been more helpful. Knowing it was a particularly hot day, she took various contact information to make sure that someone would be home to accept the flowers. Rather than deliver them and risk the flowers baking in the sun, once she called and found out no one would be home, she actually delivered the flowers early on Sunday morning. The person who took my order provided the type of customer service to which many people pay lip service but few deliver. The cherry on top on this sundae was that the flowers were absolutely beautiful and proudly on display at my nieces graduation party. My niece was thrilled, which made my day. I look forward to using Paradise Flower Market in the future, my only concern being that they set an incredibly high bar for themselves right out of the box.

They were supposed to deliver flowers to my apartment on my birthday, but never did. They eventually brought them the next day. WHERE was a note on the slip saying no one was home, but I was home and no one rang the buzzer to let me know they were even here. No one called me either. I live in a locked and secure apartment building where you cant just let yourself in. Anyway, I got the flowers the next day. Its a pretty basket with daisies and irises, but the basket is completely waterlogged. The flowers are arranged in a foam brick display but the basket liner was filled TO THE BRIM with water. Water is leaking EVERYWHERE. I had to put the entire arrangement in a pot so I dont get water all over my apartment. Why would they lie on the note and say they called and left a message? One last thing, there was supposed to be a message on the card but they didnt print it. The card was just an advertisement!

First and LAST time using this florist....Ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary. Flowers arrived with some of them brown and wilting. My wife had to call to get arrangement replaced. She advises they basically called her a liar and that stated that"they wouldnt send flowers that were not fresh." (However when I called to talk to them they said they examined the original arrangement that we sent back and some of the flowers were indeed unacceptable). They reluctantly replaced the arrangement, but I think you would all agree that the arrangement should have never gone out that way, and that the experience was tarnished. NOT FRIENDLY SEND OUT FLOWERS KNOWINGLY THAT ARE UNACCEPTABLE RUINED A SPECIAL OCCASION

Paradise Flower Market couldnt have done any better of job on our wedding flowers!! They managed to stay inside my (conservative) budget while also exceeding my (Pinterest driven) expectations. Carrie specifically is the right mix of professional, patient, and artistic. She has an eye for detail and a kind heart. Her work was so stunning that my other wedding vendors immediately started asking me who did my flowers- because they wanted to be able to recommend to future brides. The compliments from my guests were endless, and I couldnt be happier!!!! Thank you Paradise Flower Market - you PERFECTED my big day

What can i say, BETTY went above and beyond for me on V-DAY... ordered beautiful roses to be sent to my wife at work (since she was scheduled to work that day)... my wife calls off work, and i forget to let paradise flowers know this till 3pm... flowers were already delivered to her job and she was at home sick... i called flowers by paradise to let them know that she called off work and still didnt recieve any flowers.... BETTY TELLS ME SHE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT..... goes picks up the flowers from her work and takes them to her... WOW.... ABOVE AND BEYOND..... this place always takes care of me....

Just stunning! They did all of the flowers for my wedding! The church and the reception hall were absolutely beautiful! Carrie was so easy and fun to work with! Ordered flowers from here for a very sick friend. I told Carrie what type of arrangement I was looking for and the result was stunning. A few of the flowers I was looking for were less common and she found them for me! Service was excellent and the flowers were beautiful. Will definitely order again and highly recommend!
