Hello i purchased King size header and footer, dresser and mirror, bunk bed ans two twin matresses. After they delivered it was not fit in my room, I noticed the king bed was too high and it was my hip size. So immediately I called and canceled the king header and footer plus dresser and mirror. And I kept the bunk bed since I liked it. For canceling that I lost 20% of my money that is $300 and I cannot get my cash back. But I will get the store credit only. I have spoken to them that I can buy other furniture from you and waive the 20% or take 20% and give my cash back but they are not ready for either.. its really ridiculous. Once you give the money to them then forget about it. You will not get your cash back. Worst experience. Please go to some other shop. Dont waste your money. I dont recommend.

Visited the store in person, ordered a sectional online in the beginning of February. Never received email confirmation or purchase. Was told over the phone my purchase would be delivered on the 3rd of March and I would receive an email confirmation before it shipped. Never happened. I call to find out the problem and am told the item is on back order and that it may take two more to be delivered. When I expressed my disappointment in the customer service, I was told they didnt feel like dealing with me and would issue me a refund. Days later still no refund.. I will be reporting this company to the better business Bureau and or the division of consumer affairs soon if I do not receive my refund in full.

I am a Real Esta Investor. When I wasnt able to find a home stager that could help me stage my property on time, I stopped by Home Elegance in Edison. I was not only patiently helped with my requests, but they were able to delivered all items purchased within the next day. In addition, their professional and respectful employees assembled all the furniture for the kitchen, dinning room living room, master bedroom and office allow me to complete my open house on time. Thank you Home Elegance Furniture, for sure a great place for options and affordability when it comes to furniture.

Once my wife and I had decided on which bedroom set to buy, we checked around online for the best price. While Home Elegance wasnt the lowest (close and still a great price), it was the phone call to them that made the decision for us. I talked to Emilio and it was great to talk to a real person that was able to give me the answers to my questions. In addition, when there was some miscommunication upon delivery, again it was Emilio who quickly took care of the situation and made it right. Will definitely look to them again in the future for all our furniture needs.

I purchased a dining set with this wonderful company. Our salesman, Emilio was a gentleman and gave no pressure to make a purchase. In fact he was most helpful in many ways. A few days after our set arrived, I noticed an issue with a chair, which I might add had nothing to do with his company. I called Emilio and without hesitation, took care of it- NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Very rarely these days you get this great service on furniture stores these days. Emilio spent a lot of time in finding furniture options for my needs, color scheme, size etc. Great collection, great prices, very helpful pre and post sales service. Earlier than committed delivery, very clean assembly. As most of the reviews have already said, dont think twice, I did a lot of research across stores in the NJ-NY area, none of the stores were able to beat the collection and pricing from here.

Do not buy anything from this store. I bought leather sectional sofa and breakfast table both of them very bad quality. Leather started peeling off around 1 year and premium protection didnt save me as its considered wear and tear. Paint on breakfast table is coming off and cushion on chairs is became soft and lost the shape.
