I had a horrible experience in this store !!!!, their window treatments were just horrific to say the least, short, uneven, nothing of what i expected and promised for all the money i paid - after exhausting months of complaining with the corporate offices they agreed to change just one of the horrible three panels installed in my bedroom and for that "i have to be forever grateful" and exist with the two others until i can change them all. so lame!!! Overall, Ethan Allen does NOT stand for the pricey services they provide, they hire third parties to elaborate the window treatments and if by a chance there is a huge mistake (like in my case) is NOT their fault!!! period, simple like that, "you have to live with what they gave you", seriously, because theyve already pocketed all the money by then and they could care less about customer satisfaction...and the nasty front desk people, making threats on me for a ridiculous balance, that they were not getting until all the mess they did in my house was fixed, it was a nightmare!!!!. Shame on you Ethan Allen!!!! i will never, ever set a foot in any of your snobbish stores again to make you richer, you are nothing but thieves with white gloves, your "designer experts" care for their commissions, pushing the sales and will never face the customer with an apology for your own screwups. Stick with what you know best, furniture, and leave the design to real experts with the talent you dont have.

FYI- This post is inaccurate. The Watchung design center is open on Tuesdays, NOT closed. They are not open till 8 on Thursdays ONLY 6. There hours should be posted as: Monday-Saturday 10 am - 6 pm Sunday 12 pm - 5 pm
