Do not waste your time or money here Ive never had a worse customer service experience. First off, I was promised that my couch would be delivered in 5-7 business days. It did not arrive until over 2 months later. The couch I received wasnt even the couch I ordered (the store made me pick from couches they had in stock or Ive have to wait another 2 months for my couch to arrive---so basically 4 1/2-5 months for one measly couch). When I initially went into the store to make the purchase I specifically asked the sales rep (his name was "Kal") if the delivery workers would remove my old couch. He said it was no problem whatsoever). When the couch was finally delivered 2 months later, the delivery men said that moving my old couch literally 1 foot away out the door was "not their job." I called the store--the extremely rude sales rep told me that it was basically my problem now and offered no solution. Youd think they would have the sense to at least make the delivery as smooth as possible for a person that had to wait 2 months to receive a couch she didnt even want in the first place. While it may be enticing to try All Brands bc of the big "FREE DELIVERY" sign out front, DO NOT. The company is poorly run and managed. They just want to make the sale and will say anything to do so. After they have your $$ they could care less about the customer.

Customer service sucks. Ordered king size memory foam mattress and a mattress cover. They gave me 7 business day window to deliver. On the 8th business day, they deliver the mattress which is fine. The bed cover doesnt get delivered for 2 weeks. When i call them, i was asked to call the warehouse. The warehouse wants to be call the store. They played ping pong with me. Finally Frank from the warehouse calls me and said he sent a driver and the cover will be delivered in an hour. An hour later he calls me and says the driver is a spanish guy and not able to locate my address. He will personally deliver it by the next day. The next day i wait at home for the delivery and they dont show up. I call the store and warehouse.. I was asked not to wait for it since they can drop off in front of my house. So i go to work since I did not want to waste my limited vacation days. When i go back home from home, the item is not delivered. I call the warehouse and i was told that the driver delivered it and sent me a picture of a small carton in front of my house. They played a dirty game with me. Now i dont have the item (which they claim to have delivered) and i dont have my money either. The store and warehouse now play ping pong with me again. Customer service sucks. Donot go there

We couldnt be happier with the level of service, care, and knowledge the staff ( Joanna ) at All Brands in Edison has. We are always greeted more than a customer, but more as a close friend. Joanna was very helpful in selecting the furniture, my kids and wife were changing requirements more often but Joanna was very cool and she was very helpful. This shows clearly that they value their customers. Its a clear evident that they are customer focused and listen to your requirements, understand your taste in style and really help you find the right pieces. With her experience, Joanna gave the best suggestions , as we are choosing high quality, long lasting furniture, and not something that will be disappointed with in a couple months or years down the line. We have purchased bedroom sets, living room and dining room set . Their prices are outstanding. We are very pleased with our purchases and with the staff and selection they have. We will be back! and definitely refer all my friends. THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE TEAM AND ESPECIALLY JOANNA ( Shes the best ) AT ALL BRANDS!

I bought a dining table from this store a couple of months ago. They delivered it to my house on time but a few days later the chairs started discoloring. I called the store about the issue and they told me to email their manager with the pictures of the defective furniture. So I did email them but they did not reply. Then a couple of trips to the store, dozen of phone calls, and another email later they finally gave me a replacement date. When the maintainence guys came, they started arguing with me that the furniture was okay. I asked them replace the chairs anyway but they kept arguing. They even verbally abused me in Arabic. In the end, they changed half of the defective chairs and left. This store sells low quality furniture for a high price. Furthermore, their customer service is disgusting. Please save yourself from the hassle and find another furniture store. You deserve better.

I made visit to this location in Md-March in search of furniture for my new home. From my visit, I can say the inventory has very reasonable pricing. I was impressed with the variety of merchandise and items in the store. My salesperson was willing to negotiate on cross-section sofa and dining table set I had purchased together on the visit. He was very professional and discussed the warranty plan in detail for the furniture with me and my family. I was very satisfied with his service and expertise. My shipment had arrived promptly on the date and time that was scheduled in April. The cross sectional sofa and dining were assembled perfectly by the delivery men. I strongly recommend a visit to this location when searching furniture for your home/apt.

My family and I bought furniture from this store 3 times, and all three times we had a great experience. The owner explained in detail everything about the furniture that we purchased, which made it easier for is to know what we were buying. The quality of the furniture was very good, and at a great price which we didnt find anywhere else. In addition, the delivery process was very smooth considering we were renovating our house at the time and the delivery guys were very professional in not damaging anything. Also, we called the store once to check on the status of our furniture and the customer service was excellent in responding to our questions. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend this furniture store.

We bought our entire home furniture from All Brands store on Route 1. It was an amazing experience, specially the product knowledge the Sales Rep has. They left no stone un-turned to make sure things are delivered on time, properly assembled and make sure that that there is no scratch in your home during this process. I would highly recommend this store. I have been to almost all the furniture stores in NJ but the experience in All Brands was super super fantastic. They have lot of options in all price range. I really want to thank Carl and Ena for taking special care of us and I know they do treat all theirs customers the same way.

This is the worst furniture store for service and handling complaints. I bought a leather sofa 2 years back and the cheap leather material started cracking and peeling badly. They sold me some protection plan but i have been calling them for many times and any issue i report they say not covered and asked me to call manufacturer. I am trying to call all brand store and they never give me any answer. They say need to talk to manager and he is never available. I am totally frustrated with them and the money i wasted on them .. Never buy anything from them. If all brands seeing this return my call guys !!!
