La z Boy Pinnacle Reclina-Way has very pour workmanship. Had it fixed once when I got it home but just giving up, it is still loose on the base, the cushion and upholster job is terrible. The foot rest is hard, very little cushion, unlike floor model. Cushion material is failing after a year. I should have bought another brand, they really dont care about their products.
