The store itself is pretty clean and organized. But I had registered my 8 month old Chihuahua for Begginers Puppy classes. And I went to one class I expected a bit more hands on but instead got alot of conversations and tips on how to do stuff with ur pup, also she said one thing on the intro free class and said another the day of the class so I was confused. Im used to Having my pups trained on more hands on classes so I turned back to a personal trainer I been in contact for my previous Dogs. I asked the trainer for a refund since I only did 1 class and the young lady stated she was going to process the paper work. A week later she calls stating if i was going to keep attending the classes, I reminded her i had spoke with her for my refund she stated she was going to handle it within that week that she would call me. Its been 25 days and I had to call her again and ask for my refund because its about to be a month since we 1st spoke about it. She stated to come Monday for my refund I asked her if I can go today (saturday) since its been way too long, she simply said okay come with my card and receipt (with an attitude) I said thank you and she just hanged up without saying a word. This is why Im giving this a 2 star. Other than that this store has been okay.

I take my dog to PetsMart for grooming and his nails trimmed. Im usually happy with what they do until the last time I was there. I went to get Misters nails trimmed, I dropped him off to go shop around the store while he was in the salon. I came back and I guess the girl clipping his nails didnt know I was in there because she was YELLING at my dog to stop moving and to calm down. Mister gets major anxiety when getting groomed so I know hes not the easiest to deal with, but I thought that was unnecessary. Then, she cut him and he started bleeding. It was such a horrible experience Im debating going back. I will say there are some great people in there that you can tell really care about your furry friend. Just be careful who you let get a hold of your pup.

Terrible grooming, dont waste your money. Staff is horrible, manager is even worse. When I asked why it took so long and why I was never called when my 20 pound puppy was done the manager yelled at me. Store manager tried to help, but he wasnt able to do much since theres a grooming manager. Took 3 hours for a bath for a 20 pound puppy. Groomer called an hour and a half after I dropped her off to tell me she was starting the bath. Basically I made an appointment so they could keep my dog looked in a kennel while the groomers stood around doing nothing. All in all, if I wanted to take my dog to doggie day care I would have. Pay extra and take your pets elsewhere, its not worth the headache.

Just moved down to Florida less than 3 wks ago and my dog got fleas. As I didnt want my pup to suffer one day I made an appointment ASAP. When we arrived were told that an average appointment would be 2-3 hrs. Went back after an hour to see how she was doing only to find my dog up front. The girl stated that she was all done and ready to go home explaining a cancellation was the reason she was ready so soon. 2 days later my dog was scratching and biting and to our surprise we saw fleas all over her belly. They charged us for flea medication and a flea bath and she still has fleas. My conclusion: They couldnt handle her so they said they did and didnt. Thanks for nothing.

Es un buen lugar para comprar accesorios para las mascotas y a veces puedes adoptar una o puedes comprar un pájaro o una rata y si tienes perro hay un espacio de peluquería para perros y si tu mascota está enferma o tiene algún problema hay un espacio de veterinarios que te pueden ayudar pero es un poco caro

Iffy store. Horrible grooming. I brought my two dogs in for baths, brushing, and nail trimming. The short hair dog they did ok on; as for my long hair dog, they didnt even brush him out. It took over 5 hours because they had to air dry them and when I went to pick them up, I ran my hand along his back and a handful of loose fur came out. I had to pay $150.00 for it too. I will never get my dogs groomed here ever again. Also, they are always out of stock of the things I need. I will be looking for a different store altogether.

Horrible....they refused to service my 10 year old black lab in the Salon because she no longer gets vaccinated because of her age, per my veterinarian, and I had a signed document from my vet! So I went to Petco right across the street and they took my dog in and gave exceptional customer service! Way to GO Petsmart! Good luck to you and your business, and doing a disservice to senior pets! You may want to revisit your Partners in Pethood because you apparently dont partner after a certain age!

This review is for my recent experience with the grooming staff. Robin greeted me with an attitude and after having me wait ten minutes, told me my one dogs rabies was out of date. Both my dogs are up to date and have the tags and banfield has the paperwork to prove it. Unfortunately for me Banfield was closed. She offered to muzzle my dog with anxiety issues. No thanks, not with her attitude! I wont be back. Steer clear of this grooming center!!!

Dog grooming service is horrible. They are over priced for their bad service. I asked them to trim my Shih Tzus face only a little bit. When I got her back, her hair was insanely short, not even 1mm long. I have never seen a Shih Tzu with a shaved snout and forhead like this before. I will never take my dog back here again. They do not know the proper type of cut for Shih Tzus. They were also eating sugary candy while working on the dogs.

My two dogs and I are thrilled with the quality and care of PetSmarts Grooming department in Boynton Beach. I had been taking them to a private groomer shop for years, but when its service declined, I tried several locations until I settled on Petsmart. No matter how busy the grooming department is, they provide personal service and document the dogs visit with PAWGRESS reports.

Gilman Yachts of Fot Lauderdale

Usually 1 visit out of 5 to the groomer is good. The rest of the time she comes back nicked, nervous, and with random long hairs that were missed. She is a very docile and good natured 14 year old Yorkie and it takes 4 hours to wash and shave her. This last time she came home with fleas. Cant take her back to this place where profits, not pets, are a priority.

Awful business. They canceled my appointment 3 times because the groomer they choose for me didnt show. A groomer I didnt even request!!! Worst business. I will try my hardest to never use petsmart grommer ever again. But I will definitely NEVER go back to the boynton beach location!
