The staff that works at the St. James store are incredibly helpful and kind. Which is hard to find in several pet stores. They help me whenever they can and stop everything theyre doing to do it. I wash two of my dogs there while another is getting groomed it is so convenient. I dont have to dirty my bathroom!! They supply the towels the soap they have a hose that blowdries them and it goes so much more quickly! It is very clean too! Its a great idea! I also go there to get my pets supplies, huge variety and good prices. The manager is so sweet and definitely will work with you if they dont have it they will try there best to get it. They are diffenately worth 5 stars! Oh yes and theyre groomer Carrie is wonderful. She gets 5 stars too!

This place is great. Its got everything you could need for your pets, without all the crazy one off items that bloat stores like petsmart and petco. The prices are great if you get a free membership, and the staff is very attentive.

Love bringing my dog here. Doing the self bath for her is so easy and it is not as messy like doing it at home. We also got her nails trimmed and the groomer took great care of her.
