The work experience I ever had. When I was just checking out I accidentally put in the wrong pin number. The cashier immediately accused me of causing his computer to shut down. As theres were many customers behind me waiting to check out his voice kept escalating louder and louder to the manager which was standing there. I told by putting a wrong pin number in would not shut the whole system down. As I defended myself with words only he began reaching over the counter with hand movements in my face telling me dont talk to me. As the manager stood by for at least 3 to 4 minutes watching this go on he finally came over and cleared a button on the computer and finished the transaction. I reported this incendent to the DISTRICT MANAGER and he said he would get back to me after reviewing the video tape. Its been 2 months and have not been contacted. I will never purchase another product from this company as they are not customer friendly or helpful at this store. I have now been purchase all my products from PETSMART. Prices are lower and there CUSTOMER SERVICE is very PROFESSIONAL.

I took my dog here for a grooming appointment. Despite the formality of making an appointment, the grooming salon told me that she would not be attended to for FOUR hours. When I came back to get her, I was confused as to why there was an overeager rodent running towards me. I literally did not recognize my dog because the groomer shaved my malty-poos 3 inch fur coat to a buzz cut. She looks like she underwent chemotherapy, not a grooming appointment. Moreover, for some reason - perhaps as a cruel joke, he left uneven sprouts of hair around her neck and her face. It looks like a 1990s bowl haircut done on an airplane undergoing turbulence by an individual with Parkinsons disease. This groomer shouldnt be allowed to mow a lawn. I would have paid $50 for them to just not touch her. Definitely will NOT be going back.

The person who made me the appointment not only made it wrong, but the groomers did an awful job. I had an appointment for 10am and was told very rudely that I would have to come back five hours later. Upon picking up my dog I found that his stomach was extremely uneven, there were pieces of hair that were still very long and three of his nails didnt even get cut. I am not sure how they are even running a business, let along have been running a grooming service for this long. I have a miniature dachshund, and if these people took this long, and did such a horrendous job on a tiny dog I would hate to see what they do to a larger one. Aside from the awful experience with the groomers the rest of the employees were very friendly and helpful, which is the only reason I would give two stars.

Store is well stocked for all types of pets. Staff customer service is inconsistent. Usual check out time is approximately 5 minutes. The store has a rewards program and website discount coupon program. They send a lot of emails to the point of irritation. Decent parking. Pets are allowed in the store. They have dog grooming and dog training classes at reasonable prices. Pet adoptions/ fundraising are also held in the store. Animal identification chip procedures occur periodically by a mobile veterinarian.

Made a grooming appointment 2 months in advance (needed to have it on Saturday). Several days before the appointment, I was notified that they moved the appointment to Friday and I would have to reschedule 2 months forward to get it back on a Saturday. UNBELIEVABLE! Also, several months ago when they clipped my dogs nails they were bleeding and they didnt tell me so when I put the dog in my car, blood got all over my seats! Never will I go back.

Worst customer service. The cat litter I buy for some reason is only kept in the back. Standing there while an employee is explaining the history of cat food to another customer became unbearable after 10 minutes. I guess I was invisible. But not to the cashier in front when I said its impossible to get help back there. Oh , well what do you need he asked? Too late now because Ive got to get back to work. Happens every time.

Large selection of healthy cat food and supplies not found in other stores. They also have fish and reptiles for adoption. They also have kitties/cats adoptions on site in conjunction with the SPCA. We adopted our cat Millicent from Petco. Please consider adopting a shelter pet. Dog grooming and training is also available on site.

Disgusting. Megan the cashier talks to customers about her various medical problems, including pus coming out of her eye and "puking everywhere." they need to fire her and get new management that actually cares about what sort of people they hire.

The groomers are rude and do a terrible job! Dont expect the basic services to be done and definitely dont expect services that you pay extra for to get done. Dont waste your money on these inexperienced losers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
