Great workers and a nice new dog wash However, we have just learned that our favorite cashier Samantha has left. She was such an asset to this establishment and will be missed deeply! I am so disappointed that this company didnt give her the promotion I think she deserved. Samantha was an employee who who rememberbppl by names along with there animal name. I will be considering driving to Montgomery Pet supplies to do my business! This is way out of my way as I live 5 minutes away! Very sad to see her leave! Poo poo management!

Very friendly hand helpful staff. I always enjoy bringing my dog here. They just recently updated the dog wash which used to be only three stations to now at least six. They have nice hoses that inject the soap right into them to speed up the whole process. Lots of towels and a dryer that isnt too loud so it wont scare the dogs. I often find coupons for the store and I believe that you are required to have a rewards card to get some sale prices. It is free but some may not want another card to carry around.

Pretty large selection of dog food here. Had a hard time finding a good product for my pups sensitive tummy... but found the perfect one for him here, and they keep it in stock for me! My pup is so much healthier now, thank you to their recommendations! Great deals. Knowledgeable, friendly customer service. Not a lot of pets, but a perfect place to get SUPPLIES for them. Remember your $5 coupon from your Woodmans receipt!

They have been a tremendous help with my aging dog. She went through a period of where eating became difficult for her and everytime she rejected canned food they would gladly exchange for another. We finally tried a dry food for her to eat and when we had difficulty getting the larger bag to save $, they substituted smaller bags for the same price. I always stop here for the friendly help, advice and customer service!

I was giving my dog Kibbles & Bits, and I went in and talked to Bill who is a great person. He told me about Native, which by the way is very good food. My dogs are doing great. I love coming to this store because the people here are so helpful. I live in Montgomery and I still come here because no where else do you ever get treated this good.

I went here to buy some gold fishes for my fish tank. Staff here are very friendly and they care about your pets. They suggest you what to do or what not do and how to protect your pets. Prices are cheap when compared to the "Petco". They also have customer cards for discount offers. Over all, Good :)

I came in today 2/13/14 and everyone was really nice. The cashier Sam asked if I needed help carrying the dog food to my car and I said no and then I was asked again by what I believe was a Manager. Overall I prefer this store over Petco and Petland because their customer service is excellent! LA

Great variety for all your pets needs! Great deals and coupons. Love bringing my dog and letting her sniff out all the treats. She loves walking around the store and getting attention from the store staff. They are always willing to help, answer questions and give a belly rub!
