Set appt w/ Gabby when arrived w dog for grooming was told appt isnt in the system even though Gabby clearly remembered setting it and we had the appt card as well She stated someone must of deleted the appt out of the system and states i can come back tomorrow which is New Years Day by the way like my schedule is just open like that .. no its not that was the reason why a appt was scheduled ..VERY DISAPPOINTED no apologies , no discount for future use, nothing just a oh well attitude so do to the bad service well actually no service offered PETSMART has lost this customer for good i will not use the store, vet , or groomers no more which i frequented a lot with other pets i know the store and vet itself may have nothing to do w the groomers but they are associated in business if not they all wouldnt be located in the store , bc of the unprofessional treatment in the groomers and my appt "being deleted" has caused more of time crunch for me in my already hectic schedule which is unacceptable being there are plenty of competitors that offer better service

I went to buy fish and fish food 3/12/13, I only saw 2 people there, went to fish department and the lady said she was busy helping 2 other people, she would be with me shortly. I waited for about 20 minutes and saw her go out the front door w/a fish tank, so decided to get fish later. Picked up fish food and the cashier that I had seen at the register was standing by the aisle looking at something, I put food on register and she just stood there still looking at whatever, this continued and I told my daughter if she didnt wait on me soon we were leaving, she is only about 12 to 18 inches from us. She never even acknowledged we were there, as soon as my daughter said lets go she finally said OH ! Wait. I thought they were in business to make money not run off customers.. Petco and Petsmart on Poplar have never treated me like that. IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I took my 3 small dogs here and they did not treat me or my dogs with respect. I have a 13 year old dachshund that has tumors in her belly and I told the girl to be very gentle with her and not to pick her up by her stomach. And what is the first thing she does? Pick her up roughly and by the stomach. I also told her that my 2 year old pom doesnt get along with others and to be careful when trying to groom her beside another large dog. The lady rolled her eyes at me. Plus when I was picking them up I saw a groomer being rough with some else dog. It broke my heart. To add on when I got my dachshund out of her bag, she was covered in some other dogs hair and so was her bag. I will not be returning.

If I could give it zero flipping stars I would.... The PetSmart on Popular sold me a sick bearded dragon. I took her back up there because she wasnt acting normal and stopped eating completely and they told me to take her here, PetSmart Winchester, where I paid 75 dollars for the pet visit and 15 dollars on a light they recommended. Winchester claimed she looked good and just needed better heating and to be dewormed ( they didnt check for worms just had me to purchase the meds because its normal in beardies) Just for her to DIE four days laters because she had an infection that can possibly make me sick as well from holding her everyday. Thanks a whole lot PetSmart

Left my young hound dog at the pet hotel for a couple of nights, and when I picked her up at noon, she was shaking and her bottom was covered in pee. I assume she had been left to sit in it. Also, as soon as she left, she pooped a very much larger than normal amount, indicating she had not been let out for the whole morning. They should accept less pets and focus on the ones that they have. There must have been 20 dogs in the small play room. Would not recommend if you treat your dog like family, because they wont here

I do not like this location. The employees at the grooming office dont seem to care about me or my pet. Every time I call someone has an attitude. The grooming office is supposed to be open until 9pm. Every time I call to book an appointment after 5pm they say no one will be there. Which is total crap because I have booked an appointment online for 6pm before. I even just showed up one day around 530pm and the employees were cleaning up to go home early. I guess no one here actually wants to do their job.

The staff are lovely and wonderfully helpful, so 5 stars for the staff. We bought a box of dog biscuits that was infested with maggots or weavels or something icky, but we didnt realise. They then got all over our kitchen and made our dogs sick for several days. Its taken a lot of bleach and diligence but I think after 4 days, the bugs/maggots may all be dead and the dogs are feeling much better. So negative stars for cleanliness unfortunately.

Were finding fewer and fewer reasons to bring our dog here. We set him up with the doggy day camp and when he came home, he threw up another dogs hair and was scratching for days. We had to get him checked for fleas. The checkout process is also very slow; they only ever have one person on the register and there is always a line, no matter how few things people are buying.

These folks seem to be allot better for service than at the other Pet Smart stores I have been to. They have been very knowledgeable about all my questions for my pets. I have even had the staff help me throw together a DYI project (free running water dish) for my Chameleon. They are my go to place for the typical every day pet food and supplies in the local area.

Terrible service. This place is the Walmart of pet stores. Yeah its cheaper but so no worth the terrible customer service. The place seems to be run by teenagers by the way because whenever I go in thats all I ever see on the floor. WHERES YOIR SUPERVISORS?! ......Not to mention their cat isles are pathetic and their pet knowledge in general is lacking. :/

Took Christmas pictures on an ipad last Saturday never received it unwilling to help asked me to come back up there and take another one a week later. Such a huge inconvenience stating they dont save pictures the girl who took the picture wasnt paying any attention obviously she didnt do her job right!!!

The fish are ok not too healthy tho but the reptiles?!? They cramp them up together and dont clean the cages! I was lucky to save a leopard gecko from getting sick or something if it was there any longer. They take HORRIBLE care of their animals. Where is the zero star crappyness rating?

This location is light years better than the Germantown location from an aquatics view. Thanks for keeping a decent plant selection and many other aquarium needs. Some needs to point this out to the Germantown location.
