We are from Tennessee and we came down here on a vacation. Our dog was around another dog and ended up catching fleas! We tried to get him into various Pet Hospitals to get him a flea bath and everyone was booked...we even tried Pet Smart and they couldnt get him in until Tuesday. We called Petco and they had a same day appointment for him and it was a great package deal for a very low price of $30.00 which included the flea bath, expressing his anal glands, nail trim, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and also a 15 minute extra brushing time. Overall Emily and the staff were very nice, helpful, and VERY knowledgeable, also we are back home now and are happy to see that Shorty is flea free! :)

This store sucks!!! Not very nice and pretty much just careless. They are supposed to close at 9pm throughout the week, but apparently they close when they want. Therefore the store actually closes at 8:50pm... computers are already shut down and everyone is standing around waiting to walk out the door. I rushed to make it there in time to only have them say their closed and can not help me. Which means now my animals have to go without their food tonight!!!! They do not care and will shut the door in your face 5-10 mins before they should even be closed!!!!! The

Every time Ive been to this location, I have been treated very well. John has always been friendly, and always noticed when I hadnt been there for a while. As a customer, it is nice to see that the employee cares enough to get to know their patrons. This is my experience from before becoming a partner. Now, about a year later, John is still there. I called today, looking for a product. I intentionally left out the fact that I work for another location, when I called. I arrived, and he had everything ready for me. :) John never disappoints me!

I wish there was one closer I Drive 45 minutes to get to this one I got a ferret from here the staff is not all knowledgeable on ferret health and stuff they are somewhat knowledgeable about their products they are always knowledgeable about their promotions they are also very helpful very friendly the store is neat and organized I enjoy their products because their prices are good and I always have some type of coupon due to my account

Love the staff there. Always friendly and mostly professional. Sometimes it takes a while to get helped but i often concern that may be because thier understaffed at times. Very clean and organized. Would have rated 5 stars if it wasnt for the poor health of the marine life that always have some form of fish disease like ick for example. Overall my favorite go to pet store!

This place is great! We take our dog here to be groomed! Mary Anne is the one we deal with, shes amazing! She and the other girls really care for their clients and they follow instructions very well. They go above and beyond for the best interest of my animals and that shows me their character! Love the staff at this petco!

I purchased a 30 pound bucket of cat litter and was not offered assistance getting it to my car. The sales staff often seems either harried or preoccupied. In addition, it would be nice if they would carry more healthy brands of canned pet food instead of so many that contain carrageenan!

This place is super cool and has other animals you wouldnt be able to get at petsmart. The staff is not very helpful. I think I saw 4 total who just ignored me. Would have liked to give 5 stars.

Grooming center staff are very helpful and accommodating. Took care of my German Shepherd, who had rolled in dead fish at the beach, with an emergency bath 3 days before Christmas.
