Absolutely the the grooming staff that was there today. I wish I knew the girls names. The one girl has clipped and grinded my dogs nails before and she is amazing, so caring and loving. Today I brought one of my dogs and she does not like getting her nails done ; they werent busy so the one girl clipped and grinded while the other girl ( who has done my dogs nails before) pet and loved my Binx so she would be more calm. She also rubbed lavender oil on head. I love how caring n nurturing they are. Thank you guys do much. I also love Anna she is extremely knowledgeable and very caring and compassionate about my dogs. Thank you again Anna for all the info about my Binx

I enjoy shopping at this store. I also bring my dog for grooming here. Staff are nice and are always available to assist in carrying heavy items or answering questions. Large selection of pet items including the raw freezer kept food I feed my dogs. They do have some live animals and a dog wash station as well. Store is always clean and organized.

They special ordered my dogs food when every other pet store stopped carrying it. Its delivered every month to the store at no extra charge to us. Our dog has extreme food allergies and this is the only food he can eat without a reaction.

Was standing next to the fish tanks for about five minutes while three employees were next to me gossiping. No one greeted me or offered help. I just walked out. (Correction, the cashier greeted me and said goodbye when I left)

Outstanding dog grooming and bathing. The groomers are skilled and gentle. They call us when ourdog is finished so she doesnt sit in a crate. Associates in the store are very knowledgable about pet products.

Every time I try to take my dog in for her grooming appointment or to get nails cut I have to wait so long to check in. Today I waited almost 20 minutes before I walked out.
