Over-priced and not extremely helpful in the design process. I paid a $1000 deposit to have my kitchen remodel process started and they came out to measure, but "forgot" to bring any samples. Their measurements were exactly the same dimensions that I had brought in on day 1 to their store, so I basically paid them to do work that I already had done. When I asked the owner for the deposit back, she said it was too late, and they basically just pocketed the money and would not refund me. I was six months pregnant at the time and had 1 year old, so this was all very stressful for me and they basically just said sorry and closed the door. I also previously wrote a comment on Yelp, and they had it removed somehow, so I am sure there are more bad reviews out there. I would never recommend this place to a friend or family member. In Response to what the owner posted below: Nothing I said in my above post is slanderous. I cannot see how hey spent "10 hours" designing anything for me, as I came in with the same dimensions with the exact same design on the day I put down the deposit. My expectation was that the store would bring out samples to my house and we could start the design process, since I was having trouble figuring out what finishes/materials would look best for the space, but that never happened. They "forgot" to bring the samples. I am still disappointed when I think about my own experience with this store.

Love this place, it is an oasis for people who want to paint without the toxic crap. Only thing I cant understand is why a "home improvement store is not open on Sundays, one of two days that most people can actually shop for home improvement stuff. Oh well.

Great service, great paint. One star off for being closed on Sunday, one off for Monday. I could forgive Monday... but Sunday? Its like they want you to go to Home Despot.

Great customer service! Solid plywood cabinets cost competitive with Home Depot, but far more eco. Great hardwood floors and zero-VOC paints!
