Ive been here several times over the past couple years and I always get the same impression: no one cares. The help in this store... well, there is none so I guess I cant say that. When I go in here they act like they are doing me a favor and arent too happy about me interrupting their break. Its never busy but I always manage to wait far too long for any help. Furthermore some of the product Ive purchased here was less than desirable. The paint had been sitting for quite some time (I guess) as it had little bits of dried paint all through it. I went in recently to order some specialty paint and after two weeks it still isnt here and when I call them I get the same disservice I do when I go in person. If you need to use Peninsula Paint Company for their brand or a brand only they sell I strongly recommend you go somewhere else.

I called this morning to place a small order the person who answered the phone said hello. I asked if this was Peninsula Paints he said yes. I then asked if he could take an order. He said I am waiting on you. The conversation went down hill from there. What this gentleman should have said, is Thank you for call Peninsula paints, how may I help you, my name is? But no, he was rude, unprofessional and a complete jerk. I will call the corporate office of Benjamin Moore I am sure they wouldnt appreciate this this type of behavior. Terrible attitudes in Poulsbo. Whoever you are that asked me to contact you I need a way to contact you.

The number of times doors are closed, locked, lights out before posted and verbalized closing time is beyond frustrating at the branches I frequent, not to mention the hurry up attitude from the otherwise kind employees when that apparent witching hour approaches. Stay open until closing time and or get accurate clocks like everyones phone is; not early!

I have been to both the Poulsbo and Bremerton locations and I cannot say enough about them! Their expertise, patience, knowledge and customer service is above and beyond any other paint store I have been to. They have even gone so far as staying open PAST CLOSING so I could get my paint. Best customer service I have ever received!
