The customer service at this place is by far the worst that I have EVER experience. Today I called to make a payment for a friend (Im a non customer) who needed help catching up on his payment. Not only did they try to charge me an extra $11 for a "benefit fee" for which he doesnt have on his account but also wanted to charge me $2 for paying over the phone vs coming in the store where I would use the same card, same payment method for no charge! Once I questioned the employee NICOLE about it and stated if you guys have a credit card policy it would be for both in store use and over the phone that doesnt make sense, she Hung up on me! I called back and asked her did she hang up on me and she lied and said the phone got disconnected. I called her a lie and she said look mam you have 2 options you either pay the $2 or come in the store and dont pay it. After I told her once again that doesnt make sense to me she stated " I dont have time to argue with you, now Im hanging up". I was so appalled I didnt know what to do. The fact that Im helping someone out, giving them my money and they want to have a bogus credit card policy is ridiculous! A real policy goes around the border not just one way! And we not gone even talk about the harassing phone calls Jesus fix it!

This establishment has the worst customer service. They over charge more than credit cards.. none of them have a clue what is going on. We have never been late on our payments and yet they continuously send e mails and yes they call EVERY SINGLE SATURDAY MORNING. We are paying 46 dollars A WEEK for 2 used/refurbished phones because they did not have the phones they advertised for cheaper( conveniently inconvenient). While we were shopping in their store there was cockroaches running across the floor.. I feel bad for anyone who gets furniture from here... guaranteed to come with some free pets... This was a last resort for us due to credit problems.. a decision to be regretted until we are able to afford to buy phones out right and will joyfully return these. If I can make any impact on other customers falling on hard times or wanting "instant gratification" with items you are not able to pay for.. THINK TWICE EVEN THRICE!!! There has to be a better way.

Excellent selection and variety of stuff to choose from. Very professional and customer focused salesman. He gave us several options to fit our budget without a hassle or being pushy. We settled on a nice bedroom set including tables and lamps at a great monthly rate. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
