I hate this store with passion! I was accused wrongly for using coupons, the manager and the csm was telling me that my coupons arent real because I printed them black and white and because it doesnt have the small yellow circles inside the expiration date box; it clearly says in the coupon "do not accept without a dot-scan barcode BELOW the expiration date" whats the small yellow circles gotta do with it???! Also if you have a high value coupon from the manufacturer and use it in this store, they will accuse you of fraud! Yes they will! It ticks me off that the employees dont know the store coupon policy. The management in that store is garbage. I hope the corporate will do something about this and train their workers whats reading comprehension is and most importantly to explain to them what is customer service is all about. Oh, when it comes to horrible customer service, they got lots of valedictorians especially mention Sandy O., shes the MOST nastiest and rudest employee; this old woman will make you feel like a criminal. She will make up story that you are fraud even though youre not; I think shes mentally ill. Their employees will humiliate you to the ground!!! I would rather shop in target/publix and pay extra for their good customer service they offer after all they deserve it. So my total experience to this store was like hell, like hell?? Oh nope! It was HELL!!! If youre curious whats hell feels like, go to this store! IT IS A HELL STORE!!!! YOU WANNA BE HUMILIATED??? I absolutely recommend this store!

This store has a few unfortunate good people that work there. The bathrooms are usually a wreck. You never know which set of bathrooms are open which IS a big deal especially for handicapped people like me, when you get to a restroom only to find out you have to go a quarter mile to get to the other one. The handicap parking is a complete joke. The parking is oriented for the center entrance, but at 9pm they close the garden entrance and the main center entrance. The checkout process after 9pm is the absolute most idiotic thing I have ever seen in any Walmart. They close all of the non human operated checkout lines except for isle 12, 13, or 14. Which are at least a football field away from the grocery entrance they force everyone to use. Try pushing your filled grocery cart that extra couple hundred yards from a wheelchair. Their "handicapped" carts have all been taken over by seriously obese people that need to be walking, not using them to "cruise" the Walmart. I literally have an anxiety attack at merely the thought of having to go into that horrid place. It is not a pleasant experience in any way. The store is dirty, always poorly staffed for checkout, and certainly poorly managed. Good luck Walmart shoppers.

The only other review for this Wal-Mart was 4 stars out of 5. I dont give this Wal-Mart a scathing review simply for my distaste, but for the fact that some of their employees are down right rude in their mannerisms. Some of them are bullies to customers, the managers dont have enough staff to actually staff the store properly so they cant get their work done on time and they put people in inappropriate areas. Half the time we go there there isnt even anything we want in stock. What they consider zoning, is scooting things from other areas up to the front to fill in gaps, to make the store look stocked, but really, when you want something, its never there. Every time we go to this Wal-Mart, the lunches my father eats everyday, are never in stock, and the UPCs in the toy section are haphazard and often in the wrong places, so often that when I take things to the counter, they are often the wrong price. It is almost impossible to find someone to help you do something, when you need help, and when you do, everyone seems like theyre too busy to help you. If Sam Walton was still alive, hed be rolling over in his grave by the lack of compassion in this store.

When someone finally answered the phone I had went through three birthdays, 15 oil changes ( I like to travel ) and 2 relationships. I dont walk into this store and not see a heard of Walmart employees packed into 1 aisle or a carousel of them down one of them tumbleweed aisles. Customer service? Whos that? Where are the managers btw? It looks like every one signed up for a job at their highschool job fair and finally took up the job when nobody else would hire them. Ill give them that theyre sanitary requirements are probably a smidge above minimum *clap* *clap*, but the employees sure damn arent. Id feel weird talking to a Titusville employee if their voice wasnt slow and mumbled or those off days with the hint of attitude. 1 star because I could do the work it takes 6 of your employees to do.

There was a time I drove from East Orlando to the Titusville Walmart where it was uncrowded, clean, well stocked and you received friendly customer service.. Thats when Corporate Walmart cared about their customers and employees. These days I avoid Walmart unless it is utterly necessary. In the last 10 yrs I have seen a horrid decline in this store. Overworked employees, rude customers, long lines, minimal product on the shelves and an unkempt dirty store. Lets put the blame where it belongs-- On Management and the Walmart Corporation CEOs. Just remember .. Your never to big to replace by competition.. Customers if you dont like shopping there ..dont ! Sometimes its necessary to get your point across by hitting these places where it hurts...In the wallet.

My previous ratings of Walmart one year ago was 2 stars, for several reasons: 1. Product inventory lacking on shelves; - GREATLY IMPROVED. 2. Too many foreign-cheap quality products; - NO IMPROVEMENT. 3. Employees attitudes; - IMPROVED. 4. Bathrooms always filthy; - GREATLY IMPROVED. 5. Facility typically unkept; - MUCH BETTER AFTER RENOVATION. 6. Previously, I had to leave Titusville WM store empty handed due to no inventory and go to Publix in town, or Cocoa WM cuz their shelves were better stocked: - GREATLY IMPROVED. 7. Too many issues to include at the moment: But doing much better lately, especially in the Meat Department.

Wal-Mart wasnt my issue it was one of the workers in your vision center.. I see the Dr at this location and never had an issue before..! Cashed out after grocery shopping and spending $200 plus on my visit.. Figured Id stop by and ask about glasses and their prices since I just messed mine up.. Well let me tell you I seen someone standing near the front of vision who worked there.. So I asked her.. Well she turned around and says what.. Okay bad attitude.. I ask again and she rudly says it as fast as she could do so I turned around to leave and said you didnt have to be rude.. If you dont like your job leave.. Was in today on 5-18-17

The Titusville FL Walmart has been working on being remodeled. They have done a fantastic job making it more of an open space. I remember how cluttered it was before and frustrating to shop there in prime hours. Its a very nice place to shop. The layout is spacious and easier to find things. I have read previous reviews here, and you cant expect much from Wal mart staff.....I shop there because the prices are great. If you go early in the morning, you can avoid people and long lines. I am excited to see how they change this store and make it pleasing to the eye. Have an open mind when you shop Walmart.
