Ordered 500 Business Cards for same-day pick-up. The first run of 10 cards I received were very off center. Once adjusted to center the rest of 490 remaining cards were cut to size. Once I Left the store I checked the cards and noticed that there were random white streaks along the right side of the cards. I went back in the store and roughy 50% of the cards had this defect. The Copy Print Technician had to manually cut about 245 cards to correct this issue. It was obviously a malfunction with the equipment being used, which resulted in poor card quality. At the register, the cashier attempted to enroll me in the rewards program which also malfunctioned. All of the employees in the store were helpful and they all deserve Five Stars. The product quality for the business cards, I received, would be a ZERO! I dont feel that they meet the professional guidelines and wouldnt represent my profession or business adequately. I will be reordering, just not from Staples.

Im probably the most critical personal with customer service, and this was one of the best experiences Ive had in a long time. I called to make sure they had a printer and walked in with my honey do list from my wife. The manager helped me find everything, opened a new register to check me out and helped me out to the car. He even noticed a coupon for a printer paper I forgot and picked it up (keeping me out of hot water with the wife). Great prices and excellent service... Ill never go to wal-mart again. I dont work for staples... Just appreciate raving fan service. Well done staples!

I returned a headset a week after I paid for it $29.99 (and which I had a e-receipt). Because I did not have a paper receipt, they could only give me a refund of $15.50. The associate and the manager said there was nothing they could do and I had to live losing half of my money!

Great place to go if you have any networking issues at home. Staff is very helpful and assisted me in resolving an issue. I forgot his name but he even went as far as saving me a few bucks on an item by offering a product that was on clearance nearly 40$.
