Had an issue with my couch needing to be fixed said they would come and get it and never showed up always stat they are down on drivers this coming from a customer that has never been late on a payment and i get put on a back burner but if i miss a payment you know dang right they would be blowing up my phone

98% of the time you get great customer service. The manger Phil and the young African American guy are excellent. Im disable and my husband got in an accident. They offered to come out and help me with him. You dont get treated like that every day. Outstanding !!!

Rude customer service with attitude anytime you go in there. They call you looking for the payment ON the due date harassing you about the payment even before the close of business. Take my advice, save yourself the trouble, and lease elsewhere.
