I would like to commend the Assistant Manager Frank Farnsworth for his assistance in choosing a laptop and for his explanations of the service agreement options. He was professional, patient, and articulate. At my visit, there was a call waiting, and 3 people in line waiting - all for technical help, and Frank was the only one available. In spite of this, and to his credit, Frank did not rush any of the customers, and gave each the attention needed. His service was worth the wait. Give my thanks to Frank for my new laptop - I wouldnt have been able to make the decision without him.

In addition to extremely LONG phone wait time to check status... Staples was VERY SLOW to respond to online "promised" next day store pick-up. Items were not ready; items were not ready the following morning. It took 2 days, and we never even got a call to come pick the items up when they were ready. As an author, it was disappointing to not have the business cards and authors poster for display at a publishing luncheon. Will order through Kinkos next time.

I dont know which is worse, trying to shop at this Staples location or an Office Depot. It seems good help is hard to find and the customer suffers the consequences. There seems to be long wait times when trying to check out and it is a painful experience in Titusville. The pace of business seems to be the land of slow! Time just stands still when trying to purchase any item and cashiers seem to work at a snails pace.

Only the BEST experience ! Not sure why all the bad comments about wait time. Its a business lots of customers , be patient. I went in and the lady in printing gave me the best customer service & even rushed my order which was a grand opening sign which I needed the last minute. Checkout was fast and courteous and friendly.

When you call it takes 1 minute & 20 seconds to get threw the up sale ads plus disclaimers before you can get to a department. I just learned that the library will make copies cheaper than this place without the hassle & paying taxes on top of the copies charge.

Took my computer there to have it fixed due to extremely slow performance. First time it went, it was not fixed. Took it again and started to chew them out and then they got really helpful.

Some of the people who work here are awesome. Great copy and print department! A pretty good in store selection of office supplies. Really convenient if you live in Titusville.

This store is a joke. Employees will go out of their way to avoid the customers. Advertising is deceptive. Full of small print and asterisks.
