This is the second year in a row I ordered from Edible Arrangements and was let down. Second year in a row where I was lied to by the store employees. I never received the delivery, and I probably wont get a follow-up call this year either. Last year I was just given a refund electronically and no further contact or anything was made. I ordered from a different store as the delivery store this year knowing my issues last year and apparently, they are telling me at corporate now that that same store from last year is the one with my order. So why let us chose if you do what you want anyway? I called the store I chose to have deliver my arrangement and they told me it was ready to be sent out as of 11 am this morning and it was waiting on a driver. Now corporate is telling me that store has nothing to do with my order... so why did the store employee lie? Why did the web page give the illusion of choice, when in fact, you guys do whatever you want.. Last year you guys ruined Valentines Day for my family... glad to see you are going to be continuing that tradition this year as well! At this rate, even a refund is not enough. I would not be surprised to see you guys go out of business when things like this are allowed to happen within such a high volume time. Now not only once... but twice, and to the same person! What are the odds! I am awaiting a call back from corporate... the store doesnt answer. So lets see how it plays out this year! Thanks for nothing Edible Arrangements. Fool me once, shame on you... fool me twice, shame on me!

Trust me, go elsewhere!! Id rate it 0 stars if I could. I ordered a small gift as a surprise for my relatives and the delivery person called to have one of my relatives pick up from the store which ruined the surprise. I expected better customer service for the $14 delivery fee and the fact that they couldnt even promise a guarantee time didnt help make this any better. I also called the store to see if I could receive a partial refund or full refund for the delivery charge since the package was not even delivered and the sales associate responded with "the charge was for an ATTEMPTED delivery" which made me pretty upset, but now I know that I cant count on the customer service here. On top of ruining a surprise they also made me relative wait for 20+ minutes for the delivery person at the store after she gave a pick up time. I also received a picture of the item and it looks terrible and nothing compared to the picture on the website! I paid for terrible customer service and regret my purchase. I wouldnt be so upset if it wasnt for a surprise delivery, but thanks Edible Arrangements for ruining a surprise and being a waste of my time and money. This is the only store that has truly disappointed me. Ive ordered from the local Edible Arrangements in College Station, TX and several others in the San Antonio area and they never let me down. Theyve called and always attempted to help me in some way and their arrangements identical to their pictures online.

The employee that I spoke with was Crystal. I had placed an order early on Valentines day. Yes it is late, however their policy is very clear that it will be delivered by 5pm to a business, or at the very least by the end of the day. I had tried to contact them since late in the afternoon on 02/14/17 until I was finally able to get through at about 1:01pm on 02/15/17. As soon as I stated that my order was not received, there was an immediate change in the attitude from the employee. As I made my complaint her attitude increased to become even more frustrating as I explained to her that they had not delivered on their promise. Their answer to this was to make a free delivery which is not acceptable if you are offering a service on a busy holiday. Then it became the blame game that it was corporates fault for offering the product not the business. By this point she clearly became disinterested and rude. I was quite cordial and so do not understand her aggressiveness. This is not an acceptable way to interact with upset consumers on a failure on the part of the business. I will ensure that this is brought up to corporate as seeing from other posts, a change in management and staff is clearly needed.

I wouldnt even be giving this company 1 star, my husband ordered something for me on February 8th to be delivered on valentines to our house. Kept checking the tracking # and it kept saying they were preparing the order. Come the next day still had t received anything, so we go to the store in Alamo ranch and the GM said that the order never got placed because they had to many orders and that it was the corporates fault that they kept getting so many orders. So to my understanding lots of ppl never got their order for valentines. This was our 1st valentines has husband and wife and my husband wanted to surprise me with this arrangement and we never got it. The GM then said that she could either whip me something up real quick or refund us the money. So I asked for a refund and she said that they would call my husband when they got the money to refund us. I asked her you dont have $100 to refund us now? She said she can not give me that info? That was today! They are closed now and still havent got a call for us to pick up our refund. The GM said she has to contact the owner to get us out refund. I have never heard of that and sounds shady to me! I will never order from this company again!

Do not recommend doing business with this branch. Very, very poor customer experience and service. Not only did my package not arrive on the delivery day(as of 1pm the day after, it still hasnt arrived) but the workers are very unprofessional. The first time I called on the delivery day, they kept me on hold for over 30mins until the store eventually closed. Then I was told it would be on the first truck for the next day, but the driver "didnt come in". Now Im being told it will be the first delivery made as soon as a different driver comes back(obviously I wasnt on the first truck), but Im not holding my breath. They did add a complementary $20 value to my order, but if youre looking for a service that is time sensitive and headache-free, I recommend you look elsewhere. I will next time, if there is a next time.

Submitted my order well in advanced, annotated where/when the package needed to be sent. An hour past my requested delivery time, my order never left the facility until I called. Spoke with Brenda who was very unsympathetic to the situation. After calling back multiple times, package was delivered three hours past the expected time, 10 minutes before the building closed. I could have easily delivered a package myself for a quarter of the price I paid EA, but when you order from EA you pay for the experience and I was highly disappointed in the quality of their service. Highly advise others not to spend money with this company because the service is unreliable and just down right garbage.
