Top Notch Service! Having dealt many years with on-line request of floral arrangements, Westover Hills Florist is by far is the Best. Received a picture (from the recipient), of the requested floral arrangement and it was better and prettier than pictured on the Westover Hills website. Delivery was next day and Westover Hills delivered, as requested. Great top notch customer service! Gota Love It!
