This business turned a very special day into a nightmare ordeal that cannot be repaired !! I have read the other reviews that also had situations with a very negative result. I am stymied by the fact that this "family run" business can conscientiously perform and do transactions with such low standards. The recipient of our original order via Teleflora - received the wrong arrangement. However, among several, the most humiliating and unsettling moment was the owner having the audacity to tell our recipient that "there wasnt enough money sent from Teleflora to create our specific item ordered" ! Can you imagine? I had spent over an hour on the phone with Teleflora and was garunteed that the correct arrangement would be re- delivered asap ! I even held on the phone as the Teleflora service rep called the owner at Blooming Creations and they arranged a date and time of new delivery. The arrangement our recipient received had just 5 out of over 15 flowers in the description. Instead of the appropriate beautiful variations of greenery- they used leather leaf ( cheapest typical greenery) and garish thick ribbons to fill in the space . The florist attached not only thick non-coordinating ribbon but also gold colored fake leaves and large round plastic balls - NONE of this is depicted in the presentation on Teleflora - it specifically describes what types, colors and how many items your choice includes. They even substituted the incorrect style and color of candles! It literally was so deficient and embarrassing. BUT the MOST offensive part is-- this florist made the effort to drive all the way to our recipients home-- retrieved the paltry incorrect delivery AND BROUGHT NOTHING TO REPLACE IT !!! ( with no consent nor collaboration with anyone) Shame on you ! This nearly borders on fraudulent business protocol. Not only did I expend my time and energy in this ordeal BUT to include the person I was gifting!! - that is unforgivable.

First time dealing w/this florist and all I can say is that I was disappointed with this experience. I had ordered an expensive funeral arrangement to be delivered at a funeral home. I ordered on a Thursday via phone and requested the flowers to be delivered on a Saturday before the family rosary took place. I spoke w/a nice woman who took my information down and even told me that she would call the funeral home to find out the details of when the flowers could be delivered. Unfortuntely, the day of the rosary there were no flowers. Spoke with the owner on the phone immediately (thankfully he had the shop calls forwarded to him b/c the store was closed) and informed me that he was unaware of my order but could not confirm it b/c the shop was closed and he was at home. Though he did call me back (while the rosary was in progress) to apologize and even offered to put something together the next day for me, but I was no longer interested. I had something specific that I wanted and I did not want a fixer upper, especially for the amount I was paying for. Sad experience on a sad day for me and my family.

What a horrendous experience!! As a high end florist in Denver, I know flowers. Arrangement that arrived looked nothing like the Teleflora stock photo! Designer used tons of cheap greenery (leatherleaf) to hold everything in place (her exact words). I paid $75 and got more greenery than quality flowers. In addition, it took 5 hrs to delivery 1.5 miles and in upper 80 Texas heat. Stems were cut way too short, barely reached into the vase and by following morning some flowers were already wilting. Hydrangea and stock bit it within 24 hrs as predicted due to the long delivery time all the time in hot van! When my recipient called to resolve problem, owner was rude, unprofessional and blamed the customer. Florist stated that flowers can be out of water for up to 10 hrs without any problems... absolutely absurd! Buyer beware if you shop here! You do not know what you will get, but you will definitely get heartburn! Promise you that! Owner should read her own guarantee posted on her website... 100% customer satisfaction! More like 100% customer dissatisfaction!!!!

DEFINITELY Dissatisfied and Disappointed and if I could score lower I would. I have taken photos with date and time stamp. I called in the morning since they delivered them and left them on my front entry walk way, not even in a box. I was out for the day got in around 6:00pm; weather was between 73-79 degrees. Flowers were wilted and dry. Roses seem okay but the others not so great. When I called in the morning, this lady went on to say how long were they left outside. First if they were not to be left outside then why did the driver leave them? Second, I am calling to inform you that some of the flowers are wilted, dry and all I get are excuses. Im posting the same photos that I will be sharing here. I am told by her text that they will open in a few days?? Continue to put water all the way to the Top? Dry /Wilted/Dead they will not come back, my request is to have them replaced as they were sent to me from a special family. Shame on Blooming Creations Florist #48540 order. I do not recommend and will get intouch with FTD.

AMAZING WEDDING FLORIST! As a bride who had our original florist fall through on us, I had NO IDEA where to find a florist. I interviewed at least 2 other florists, one on the high end and one on the extremely low end and was not satisfied. When I met with Blooming Creations, she was extremely honest in telling me that she could not offer a satisfactory order at the same price as the low-end florist I met with and they were too good to be true. Either way, I was OVERLY IMPRESSED with my bridal bouquet! This is one of my top 5 vendors and I would definitely use them again. I have never seen any bride receive more comments and compliments on their bridal bouquet than I have received. For a bride who didnt care about flowers, they ended up being one of the highlights and prides of my day!

We had an absolutely horrible experience with Blooming Creations in San Antonio, Texas. Our son-in-laws Grandfather died, a military veteran, & someone who was very important to all of us, & I ordered a specific floral arrangement called Celestial Love to represent our entire family. It is pictured as a beautiful arrangement, & when it was delivered it did not even resemble what we had ordered. It did not even have the babys breathe shown, & when I called back, & asked that she make it right, she said she would go to the funeral home, & add it, even though she should have redone the entire arrangement. Well, she did not make it right, & we were all in disbelief that she said she would, & did not keep her word. We will never again use this florist, or recommend them to anyone.

PLEASE READ - DONT BUY FROM THEM!!! I give them Zero!! the one star is because the site doesnt let me go with none... SEE BELOW FOR SIMILAR ISSUES. I order online last Saturday some Birthday flowers to deliver the same day. I got the email confirmation however after several hours of not getting any more information I called the number on the website. The owner answered after a call redirection and told me that he was in Acapulco and the people that he left on charge didnt open that day. It was already too late to find other business to deliver to my daughter so they made me miss this. You guys suck and should be more careful if you are using online services to update when you are not open.
